Ingredients for the Noodle Salad:
• 8oz (227g) dried fine egg noodles
• 4 oz (113g) tenderstem broccoli, ends trimmed
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
• 1 head of spring greens (leafy green cabbage), sliced into thin strips
• 2 medium carrots, peeled and spiralized
• 1 red bell pepper, deseeded and sliced
• 1 small cucumber, spiralized
• 1/3 cup (6g) chopped cilantro
• 1 tsp mixed black and white sesame seeds
Miso dressing:
• 2 tbsp white miso paste
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp Chinese rice vinegar
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 2 tbsp honey
• 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
• 1 tsp minced ginger
• ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
• ½ tsp red pepper flakes

INGREDIENTS
• ¼ cup seasoned rice wine vinegar
• Spice World Ginger
2 tsp Spice World Squeezable Ginger or
2 tsp Ready-to-Use Jar Ginger, or
½ root of Spice World Fresh Ginger, minced
• Spice World Garlic
1 Tbsp Spice World Ready-to-Use Minced Garlic or
1 Tbsp Spice World Squeezable Garlic or
6 cloves Spice World Peeled Garlic, minced or
6 cloves Spice World Fresh Garlic, minced
• 2 tsp Sriracha
• 1 ½ Tbsp soy sauce
• 4 Tbsp honey
• 2 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
• 1/3 cup olive oil
• Black pepper, to taste
• 16 oz bowtie pasta, cooked1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
• ½ cup edamame beans
• 1/3 cup green onions, thinly sliced
• ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
• ¼ cup sliced almonds
INSTRUCTIONS
• In a bowl, combine seasoned rice wine vinegar, ginger, garlic, Sriracha, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, olive oil, and black pepper. Whisk it all together until well blended.
• To the dressing, add in the pasta, bell pepper, edamame beans, green onion, cilantro and almonds.
