2 tb Sugar
6 tb Butter, melted
1 pk 4 servings,instant chocolate
Pudding mix 1/2 Tub Coolwhip
1 cn Cherry Pie Filling
1. Crush crackers with rolling pin, between waxpaper.
2. Combine with sugar and butter, stir well. Press
firmly into 9" pieplate. 3. Bake at 350 F for 8 minutes, cool before filling. 4. Prepare pudding as directed for pie filling. 5. Chill for 30 minutes, spread into crust. 6. Spread coolwhip carefully on top. 7. Spoon cherries on top. Chill for 2 hours before serving. Typed by Brigitte Sealing -----

This is a delicious Chocolate Cherry Cake that is filled with whipped cream and cherries, frosted with a chocolate pudding frosting, topped with ganache, and gold cherries. It’s so delicious and beautiful!

Ingredients
Chocolate Cake
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 183 grams
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 39 grams
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp fine sea salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter room temperature 113 grams
1 cup sugar 200 grams
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2/3 cup milk 157 ml
2/3 cup hot brewed coffee 157 ml, or hot water (read notes*)
Chocolate Pudding Frosting
1/2 cup heavy cream 120 ml
113 grams chopped chocolate or good quality chocolate chips
2 1/4 cups powdered sugar 281 grams
3/4 cup cocoa powder 75 grams
339 grams butter room temperature (both salted or unsalted will work)
1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
Cherry Whipped Cream Filling
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream cold (180 ml)
1 tbsp powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped cherries
Ganache Drip
113 grams chopped chocolate or chocolate chips
1/3 cup heavy cream 78 ml
To assemble
1/4 cup cherry liqueur
8 whole cherries
Edible gold leaf
PS. in the video I make the ganache for the frosting and the ganache for the drip together, which is why it looks like a large amount, but I've divided the recipe because people will most likely make this in stages, and it will help to make the drip ganache separately in order to easily obtain the best consistency for it.

Ingredients:
8 oz Light cream cheese
8 oz Cool Whip Fat Free Whipped Topping
1 package, .6 oz Jell-O Cherry sugar free low calorie gelatin dessert
1⁄2 cup Lakanto Sugar free powdered monkfruit sweetener with erythritol
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp Almond extract
12 oz Signature Select Frozen Dark Sweet Cherries, Pitted- defrosted
140 g Teddy Grahams Graham Snacks, Chocolate
4 Tbsp Brummel & Brown Spread Made with Yogurt
2 tsp Lakanto Classic Monkfruit Sweetener With Erythritol
2⁄3 cup Plain fat free Greek yogurt
70 gm Lily's Milk Chocolate Style Baking Chips
To make the crust, crush up teddy grahams and mix with melted Brummel and Brown and 2 tsp granulated sweetener. Press into pie pan and refrigerate while making filling. For the filling, cream the cream cheese and Greek yogurt together until creamy. Add in powdered sweetener, jello, almond extract and lemon juice and mix until combined. Fold in whipped topping. Fold in 2/3 of the cherries and 2/3 of the chips, reserving the rest for topping the pie. refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Top with remaining cherries and chocolate chips before serving.

I wanted to make cherry tart using fresh cherries before summer ends.
Sweet cherry pairs so well with bitter dark chocolate ganache.
When I went to France, I picked up some cherries on the street from an old farmer. I still remember that was the sweetest cherry I ever tasted. I don’t know why that was so memorable. Was it that the actual cherry was so tasty, or that I was in France? I still always think about that moment whenever I see cherries at the store.
