How To make Chocolate Chip Banana Nut Bread
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 cup-ripe bananas , mashed
1 3/8 cups buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup semi-sweet mini chocolate morsels
1 cup nuts , chopped
In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Blend in eggs, bananas, buttermilk, and vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients just until blended, then stir in chocolate chips and nuts, do this by hand. Pour the batter into 2 greased floaf pans Bake in preheated oven at 350* for 45 to 50 minutes until golden brown or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Makes and this makes great muffins.

CHOCOLATE CHIPS BANANA BREAD - Super Soft and Moist
This chocolate chips banana bread is so soft and delicious. Perfect use for your overripe bananas. Great for breakfast or snack.
Recipe serves 8
1 1/2 Cups all purpose flour
1 Tsp baking soda
1/2 Tsp baking powder
1/2 Tsp salt
1 Tsp vanilla extract
1/2 Cup butter-softened
3/4 Cup sugar
2 Eggs-room temperature
4 very ripe bananas- mashed
1 Cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 Cup unsweetened coconut flakes-optional
Bake 350F/176C for 55 minutes.

Ingredients:
3 large ripe bananas
2 eggs
1/2 cup (115g) butter, melted
1/2 cup (100g) White Sugar
1/4 cup (50g) Brown sugar
1½ cups (190g) All-purpose flour
1/3 cup (40g) Cocoa power
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1/4 teaspoon Baking soda
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 cup (175g) Chocolate chips + for topping
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 360F (180C).
2. In a large bowl stir flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
3. In a large bowl, mash bananas, add eggs and whisk until combined. Add melted butter, vanilla extract and whisk until incorporated. Add both sugars and whisk until incorporated.
4. Add dry ingredients to wet, mix until combined and smooth. Add chocolate chips and mix.
5. Pour the batter into a 9x15-inch (23x23cm) loaf pan lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle some chocolate chips on top (optional).
6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool before cutting.
