VEGAN Green Dream Bars Recipe | Cannabis Infused Magic Bars | Dolled Up Desserts
Learn how to bake and infuse your own fully vegan (easily gluten free) Vegan Dream Bars, or as we call them Green Dream bars. Hello Dollies or Dream bars are layered bars of oreo crumbs, coconut flakes, chocolate, and then whatever crunch you can think of: we used nuts but pretzels, chips or other crunchies are not off the table!
Cannabis infused baking can be easy to do if you follow precise measurements and safety instructions which we cover in our previous videos listed below. In this video, we use a dropper to infuse bars since we do not bake the cannabis into the batter. This unique way of infusion using a dropper is great for raw desserts as it allows for accurate portion control.
Our videos look really different, what happened?!? We are super excited to have produced this video with Hamilton Rising. They are a local production company that are expert food video producers. Our founder Katarina will be starring in many upcoming videos produced by them making both sweet, savoury and infused or non infused foods! Stay tuned and subscribe to see whats next from Dolled Up and Hamilton Rising.
RECIPE
- Oreos/gluten free chocolate cookie sandwich of choice
- Infused coconut oil cannabutter (based off of the calculations you make per serving. PLEASE REFER TO THE VIDEOS BELOW FOR HELP WITH THIS). Infuse your cannabis into 36-48g of coconut oil to ensure the actual bars are not overloaded with oil.
- 1/3 cup coconut oil (uninfused- if not infusing, use 1/2 cup)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 bag desiccated coconut
- 1/3-1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup nuts, pretzels, chips, crunch!
- 1 can of Nature's Charm Vegan Coconut Condensed Milk

Chocolate Lovers Dream - BEST Chocolate Muffins Recipe!
Today I will share with you the best chocolate muffin recipe! It is a chocolate lovers dream, and one that my family craves! Below is my edited version of the recipe, but I will also include the original where I learned this. I've adapted mine for more moisture, but Ill give you both recipes for reference!
My Version:
Ingredients:
2 large eggs
1 cup milk or buttermilk (I use milk with a teaspoon of lemon juice)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1¾ cups all-purpose flour
⅔ cup natural unsweetened cocoa powder,
1¼ cups brown sugar packed
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1cup semi-sweet, bittersweet, dark chocolate chips etc
1/2 cup of Oil
1) Preheat Oven to 425 degrees
2) Mix flour, brown sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and 3/4 chocolate chips into bowl.
3) In a separate bowl beat eggs, milk, vanilla, and oil together.
4) Mix dry and wet ingredients until just combined.
5) Evenly distribute the batter into 12 regular sized muffins in you muffin tin.
6) Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of chocolate chips onto the top of the muffins.
7) Place muffins into the oven at 425 degrees for 5 minutes.
8) After 5 minutes, lower temperature to 350 degrees and continue to bake for 11 more minutes.
9) Remove from oven when a toothpick inserted comes out clean. DO NOT let the chocolate chips fool you into thinking the batter is wet inside. Poke around to make sure that they are baked through. We do not want you to have a dry muffin!
10) Remove from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes in the muffin tin.
11) Enjoy!!
