Chocolate drop cookies recipe - KitchenAid

Ingredients
200 g chocolate chips
200 g Manitoba flour
150 g brown sugar
100 g butter
1 egg
1 tablespoon of corn syrup
1 vanilla pod
a pinch of salt
1/2 a tablespoon of bicarbonate
Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 150°C
2. Place butter (room temperature), sugar, the egg and 1 tablespoon of corn syrup into the KitchenAid Mini and whisk for about 3 minutes at speed 4.
3. Sift the Manitoba flour into the bowl, then add the vanilla seeds, the bicarbonate, and a pinch of salt. Mix at speed 4 until you obtain a thick mix.
4. Add chocolate chips and give a quick mix at speed ½.
5. Take the mix and make little balls with your hands. Place them on the baking tray covered with baking paper, distancing them from one another.
6. Put into the oven for 15 minutes.
7. Remove from the oven and leave to cool.

How to make Chocolate Drop Cookies
The most perfectly cakey chocolate cookie with mocha frosting.
1 C butter
1 1/2 C sugar
1/2 C baking cocoa
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 C sour cream
1/2 C milk
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3 1/2 C flour
1 C chopped walnuts or pecans
Mocha Frosting:
3 C powder sugar
2-3 Tbsp baking cocoa
1/3 C soft butter
1-2 Tbsp prepared espresso or super strong coffee
dash of salt
splash of vanilla
Cream butter and sugar, add cocoa, eggs, vanilla, milk and sour cream. Mix well, add dry ingredients and mix well. stir in nuts Drop by cookie scoop onto cookie sheets and bake in a 350° oven for 10-13 minutes. When cool frost with mocha frosting.

CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE
✔️Ingredients
1/2 cup unsalted butter(softened) [115 grams]
1/2 cup brown sugar [100 grams]
1/2 cup white sugar [100 grams]
1 whole egg (large) [60 grams]
1 & 1/4 cups all purpose flour [168 grams]
1 tbsp cornstarch [8 grams]
1/2 tsp baking soda [0.7 gram]
1/4 tsp salt [1.5 gram]
1 cup chocolate chips [150 grams]

1. Cornstarch helps the cookie to have its soft & chewy interior. You may skip this if preferred.
2. Skip the salt if using salted butter.
3. Butter is softened.
4. Chilling the dough helps the cookie to hold its shape when baked.
5. The recipe yields 18 pieces. (approx. 40-45 grams each when baked)
Bake in a preheated oven @ 170 C or 350 F for 14-16 mins.
⁉️Baking temp. & time may vary on the type of oven. Alter accordingly.
I used conventional oven with bottom heat only.

Homemade chocolate chip cookies that are soft, chewy, and full of chocolate chips. This is my most requested recipe EVER, and I hope you enjoy them as much as our family does. The full recipe is below!
CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE RECIPE
Ingredients:
1 C butter
1 C white sugar
1/2 C dark brown sugar
2 1/2 C all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 C semisweet chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit.
2. In a large bowl, mix the butter and sugar until smooth.
3. Mix in the vanilla extract and both eggs until blended.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt, and whisk until combined.
5. Mix flour mixture into sugar mixture until well blended.
6. Mix in the chocolate chips.
7. Drop mounded tablespoonfuls on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 10-14 minutes, or until the cookies are just starting to brown around the edges. Allow to cool for a bit on the cookie sheet, and then remove to wire racks to continue cooling.

These Easy Sugar Cookies are quick and simple even though they are made completely from scratch, are soft and chewy and no chill! They’re so good with or without frosting!
PRINTABLE RECIPE:
RECIPE
FOR THE COOKIES
3/4 cup 170g unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup 149g granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 large egg yolk
1 teaspoon 5 ml vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups 248g all-purpose flour
FOR THE FROSTING
4 tablespoons 47g unsalted butter, softened
1 1/3 cups 151g powdered sugar
1 teaspoon 5ml vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon 15 ml milk
Food coloring if desired
Sprinkles optional
INSTRUCTIONS
MAKE THE COOKIES:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line two cookie sheet with silicone baking mats or parchment paper.
Cream butter and sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment (or a large bowl with a hand mixer). Cream until the mixture is fluffy, about one minute.
Add the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla and mix until smooth, then mix in baking soda, cream of tartar, and salt. Add flour and mix until cookie dough forms.
Scoop 2 tablespoon sized balls 2-inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake for 11-15 minutes, or until the bottoms are just starting get golden and the top is no longer glossy. Cool at least 10 minutes on cookie sheet before removing. Cool completely before frosting.
MAKE THE FROSTING:
Mix butter in a large bowl with a hand mixer until smooth, then slowly mix in the powdered sugar a bit at a time. The mixture will be very crumbly. Add the vanilla and mix, then mix in the salt and milk. Beat until smooth and creamy.
Tint with food coloring, if desired.
Frost cooled cookies. Store loosely covered.
