2/3 c Butter; softened
1 c Sugar
1 Egg
1 1/2 ts Vanilla extract
1 1/2 c All-purpose flour
1/2 c Hershey's cocoa
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Salt
1/3 c Buttermilk or sour milk*
Additional sugar Recipe by: www.hersheys.com 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease cookie sheet.
2. In large bowl, beat butter and sugar until well
blended. Add egg and vanilla; beat until light and fluffy. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; add alternately with buttermilk to butter mixture. 3. Using ice cream scoop or 1/4 cup measuring cup, drop
dough about 2 inches apart onto prepared cookie sheet. Bake 13 to 15 minutes or until cookie springs back when touched
lightly in center. 4. While cookies are on cookie sheet, sprinkle lightly
with additional sugar. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely. About 1 dozen cookies. * To sour milk: Use 1 teaspoon white vinegar plus milk to equal 1/3 cup. How to make Chocolate Drop Cookies
The most perfectly cakey chocolate cookie with mocha frosting.
1 C butter
1 1/2 C sugar
1/2 C baking cocoa
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 C sour cream
1/2 C milk
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3 1/2 C flour
1 C chopped walnuts or pecans
Mocha Frosting:
3 C powder sugar
2-3 Tbsp baking cocoa
1/3 C soft butter
1-2 Tbsp prepared espresso or super strong coffee
dash of salt
splash of vanilla
Cream butter and sugar, add cocoa, eggs, vanilla, milk and sour cream. Mix well, add dry ingredients and mix well. stir in nuts Drop by cookie scoop onto cookie sheets and bake in a 350° oven for 10-13 minutes. When cool frost with mocha frosting.

This chewy chocolate cookie recipe creates the perfect crinkles. Each cookie delivers a rich chocolatey goodness and enjoyed fresh out of the oven for an instant indulgence!
You’ll need:
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• ¼ cup cocoa powder
• ½ tsp. baking soda
• ¼ cup salted butter (room temperature) If unsalted, add ¼ tsp salt to the dry mixture)
• ¾ cup white sugar + ¼ cup (for coating)
• 1 egg (medium)
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract (optional)
Makes 12 cookies.
Cool. Serve. Enjoy!
:: HELPFUL HINTS ::
* Don’t over bake these cookies. When you take them out, they should still be quite soft in the center. They will settle as they cool. Let them rest for 1 minute on the baking tray and transfer them in wire rack to finish cooling. (All ovens seem to run differently, please adjust baking times accordingly)

Ingredients
200 g chocolate chips
200 g Manitoba flour
150 g brown sugar
100 g butter
1 egg
1 tablespoon of corn syrup
1 vanilla pod
a pinch of salt
1/2 a tablespoon of bicarbonate
Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 150°C
2. Place butter (room temperature), sugar, the egg and 1 tablespoon of corn syrup into the KitchenAid Mini and whisk for about 3 minutes at speed 4.
3. Sift the Manitoba flour into the bowl, then add the vanilla seeds, the bicarbonate, and a pinch of salt. Mix at speed 4 until you obtain a thick mix.
4. Add chocolate chips and give a quick mix at speed ½.
5. Take the mix and make little balls with your hands. Place them on the baking tray covered with baking paper, distancing them from one another.
6. Put into the oven for 15 minutes.
7. Remove from the oven and leave to cool.

No other cookie or treat beats Chocolate Chip Cookies. They're gooey on the inside but crunchy on the outside, pretty irresistible if you ask me!
Honeysuckle’s Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe (makes 8):
Melt and carefully brown 8 tbsp high-quality butter, I used Kerrygold brand
In a large bowl mix:
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt (kosher)
1/2 tsp baking soda
Then once it’s a ribbon-like consistency, add:
1 1/3 cups AP flour
1 cup large chocolate chips
Mix well, scoop into round dough balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with finishing salt if desired. Chill 10 minutes if you’d like and bake for 10-12 minutes at 350º F.

also for the oven: 170-180 degrees Celsius
edit: I made them with those measurements today and they turned out amazing, they're really delicious! I put them at 180degrees celsius for 11 minutes it was enough!
