Betty's Easy Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge
Betty demonstrates how to make Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge. This is a very easy recipe that combines two favorite flavors.
Easy Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge
cooking oil spray
14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons butter
2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
10-ounce bag peanut butter chips
Line an 8-inch by 8-inch pan with aluminum foil, using two layers of foil placed at right angles to each other. Extend the foil slightly beyond the upper edges of the pan and turn it under in order to use the extensions as “handles.” Spray the foil-lined pan with cooking oil spray. In a small pot, stir sweetened condensed milk and butter over low heat until butter melts. Put 1/3 cup of mixture into small bowl and add chocolate chips. Stir until chips are melted. Put the peanut butter chips into mixture in pot. Stir until chips are melted. Put peanut butter mixture into sprayed pan. Put chocolate mixture by teaspoonfuls over the top. Swirl with a knife over the top until nicely marbled. Refrigerate for 3 hours. Use the aluminum foil “handles” to lift the foil (containing the fudge) and place it on a cutting board. Cut fudge into squares of desired size and place on nice serving plate. Enjoy! --Betty ♥

And sometimes… ok often… we just *require* a little slice of the most perfect chocolate treat.
Chocolate. Chocolate. So good to eat. Chocolate. Chocolate. Such a treat. Lol.
You’re either a chocolate + pb person, or you’re REALLY not… I totally get that. But the people who are: ARE OBSESSED.
Like, Chocolate + PB is the ULTIMATE treat. Would you agree?
If Peanut Butter isn’t your thing, you can use almond butter, or cashew butter, or even sun butter.
So basically you can try out each of these nut butters /seed butter until you find YOUR personal favorite. Sounds like a fun “experiment” to me. ????

Alton Brown's Easy Peanut Butter Fudge
Few holiday treats say I care quite like fudge, which is delicious, tedious, and time consuming. Since it only has 4 ingredients and takes about 10 minutes to make, this fudge says I forgot to get you anything, so I made this at the last minute. Luckily, it's so delicious, no one will really care.
Happy Holidays!
