How To make Coffee, Expresso Or Cappuccino
1 ea Coffee
1 ea Water
Fill machine with cold water up to water level for desired number of cups. Do not cover safety valve hole with water. Fill brew basket to rim with coffee. For 9 cups, remove the reducer from the brew basket and fill entire basket. For 3 or 6 cups, use the reducer as follows: long stem facing down for 3 cups; short stem facing down for 6 cups. Clean off excess grounds from brew basket rim and o-ring. Close and tighten down knob as far as possible. Close steam valve. Place machine on high heat and put a carafe under valve to catch coffee. Coffee will begin to drip out slowly after 3-10 minutes, and appear very dark. As brewing process continues, stream will become strong and steady, and coffee will lighten. When coffee stops and becomes noisy, close coffee valve and remove carafe. If you are making cappuccino, close valve and let steam build up. Put cream or milk in cup and open steam valve to froth.

How to Make Espresso / Cappuccino & Froth Like a Beast with a Mr. Coffee Espresso Cappuccino Machine
Being born and raised in the Seattle area, I will admit that I am an espresso junky. The price of an espresso is a bit much these days, and I take pleasure in being my own barista. Yes, I like sugar. Yes, I know it's bad for me. Tweak your coffee, espresso, or cappuccino to your liking.
Today I want to share how to make espresso (some say it's cappuccino) and froth like a beast.
I have used Mr. Coffee Espresso machines for years. I've always had good luck with them.
I hope some of you find this useful.

Coffee Recipes | Learn how to make a silky smooth cappuccino at home | Breville USA
Let’s kickstart your coffee obsession with a cappuccino.
Join us on our Coffee Journey and discover tips on how to make third wave specialty coffee at home:
We’re here to help you bring one of the most popular coffees of the last century into the comfort of your own home. Watch one of our Coffee Specialists take you through step-by-step on how to make a cappuccino coffee with the Barista Pro™.
Directions:
1. Purge your group head and preheat your portafilter. Remove and dry before grinding.
2. Grind freshly roasted beans and give the portafilter a few taps to settle the grounds. Distribute evenly before tamping on a level surface.
3. Use the razor tool after tamping to ensure you have the correct dose.
4. Place the portafilter firmly into the group head and set two cups underneath.
5. Press the two-cup button and within 8-10 seconds, your coffee will begin to pour. It should look like warm honey. Dust some chocolate powder lightly into the espresso.
6. For the milk, you can either click the auto-milk texturing option and it will produce delicious microfoam milk completely hands-free, or you can make it manually by pouring the milk into the jug up to the bottom of the spout. Clean out the steam wand before placing the steam wand about half an inch into the milk jug and open the steam valve so that it draws air near the milk surface. Lower the jug after a few seconds to introduce air to the milk surface and if it screeches, lower the jug further. Remember to swirl the jug so that the microfoam is mixed evenly.
7. Pour the textured milk into the espresso and then about half an inch of the silky microfoam into the espresso. (A cappuccino has more microfoam than a latte, so bear this in mind when pouring.)

Simple guide for making the Perfect Cappuccino
In this video you will learn how to make the perfect cappuccino exactly the same we do here at Artisti Coffee Roastery.
The cappuccino is one of the three most popular coffee's on the menu and one that baristas should know how to make really well. In Australia there's a slight twist to the way we make them compared to the rest of the world and that is with the addition of chocolate powder. A cappuccino in Australia isn't complete without chocolate!
Other key components of any good cappuccino is a really nice extraction and perfectly textured milk with the right amount of micro foam. Adding the perfect amount of foam is extremely important.
