Canned Meat Loaf Fritters
These Canned Meat Loaf Fritters are really easy to make, just add veggies, eggs, flour, salt and pepper. They are bursting with flavors and have a delicious, crunchy texture you'll love. It is good as appetizer or you can have them for snacks, breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Disclaimer: I'm not a chef. You don't need to be a Pro to eat good food, or eat food that you like or crave for. You just have to explore in the kitchen! My cooking/baking is based on my personal taste and I always do it my way. I just love cooking food and making video recipes of it, even my first time cooking. Most of my recipes are also from Youtube and other reading materials. My measurements are often estimates, and some of my ingredients are optional and leftovers.
Ingredients:
1 Canned Meat Loaf, mashed
1 pc Onion, chopped
4 cloves Garlic, chopped
1 cup Cabbage, chopped
1 cup Carrot, sliced
2 Eggs
1 cup Flour
3 tbsp Cooking Oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
*Combine mashed meat loaf, onion, garlic, carrot, cabbage, flour and eggs. Season with pepper and salt. Mix until all ingredients are well blended.
*Heat oil in a cooking pot.
*Scoop one spoonful for the meat loaf mixture.
*Fry both sides until the color turns golden brown. *Repeat this for all the fritters.
*Transfer the fritters to the plate.
*Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

Goan Meatloaf Recipe
This recipe taste similar to a can corn beef. You can use it make meatloaf sandwiches with butter or mayo.
Serving Size: 6-8
Ingredients:
1 lbs ground beef
1/4 lbs of ground pork with some fat
1 tbsp + 1 tsp of pink curing salt
1/2 tsp of coarse black pepper
1/2 tsp of nutmeg powder
2 white bread slices quickly soaked in water and set aside
1 whole egg
Directions:
Heat oven to 350F.
Squeeze the additional liquid out from the soaked bread slices and mix it along with the rest of the ingredients thoroughly with clean hand.
Spray bread pan with some oil and pack the meat mixtures into the pan nice and evenly.
Bake for approx 1.15 hrs till internal temperature is approx 160F.
Drain all the liquid and fat.
Cover and chill in the refrigerator overnight or enjoy it warm out of the oven.
Pressure Cooker: Pressure cook for 45 minutes cover the container with aluminium foil.
To make meatloaf sandwich in a blender mix meatloaf and some softened butter till a smooth paste. Apply the paste on toasted bread. Enjoy!
