½ cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ cup vegan butter (melted)
1 tbsp. orange zest
½ cup Craisins
2 cup non-dairy milk
¾ cup brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
Method of Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Place diced bread on a parchment lined baking sheet. Sprinkle the brown sugar, cinnamon, melted
butter, and orange zest on top. Massage into the bread pieces until well blended.
3. Bake bread pieces for 10-15 minutes or until the pieces are golden crispy.
4. Pour bread into an oiled cast iron skillet. Set aside.

7. ENJOY!!

Cranberry Orange Bread Pudding
I made some focaccia bread the night before and over baked it. Definitely thought it was a goner but I decided to use it in this recipe and I’m so happy I did. The flavor is to die for and the crunchy bits make the whole recipe perfect. Top with some lemon curd or some caramel sauce and viola it is perfect.
