Makes about 14-15 truffles
Ingredients:
80z (225g) White chocolate
1/4 cup (60ml) Heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1½ tablespoon (23g) Butter
1/3 cup (33g) unsweetened shredded/desiccated coconut + 1/4 (25g) for coating
pinch salt
Directions:
1. Chop white chocolate and place in a heatproof bowl, add heavy cream and butter.
2. Set the bowl over a pot with simmering water (double boiler) and let the chocolate and butter melt completely. remove from heat.
3. Add vanilla extract and desiccated coconut, stir well.
4. Place the bowl in the fridge for 2 hours until the mixture firm enough to roll into balls.
5. Shape the mixture into small balls and roll in desiccated/shredded coconut.

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup Sukrin Melis or Swerve Confectioners
1 teaspoon stevia concentrated powder
1/2 cup unflavored whey protein 80 g (see notes)

asstd. sprinkles ₱10.00 (tatlong klase po gamit ko its up to you na po kung ano gusto nyong toppers)
25 pcs. 3/4oz paperliner or papercups ₱8.25 (25pcs. lng po dahil 25 pcs. din nagawang cookie balls)
others: (transpo, gas, tubig, atbp.) ₱15.00
TOTAL: ₱196.45
NAGAWA: 25 PCS.
BENTA: ₱12.50-15.00 per peice
KITA PER PEICE: ₱4.64*25 = P116.00 (kung ebebenta nman per box e add lng ang presyo ng box at ribbon at kung ilang pirasong cookie truffles. magdagdag ng price pra sa labor at presentation kung kinakailangan)

1. ang cream cheese ay 145 per box sa grocery.
2. ang chocolate naman ay 250 per kilo.
3. ang maaring benta ng ginawa kong nka box ay P110.00-120.00.
4. mabibili ang paperliner ng 46 per 200pcs.
5. ang ibang sangkap ay mabibili sa baking store at groceries sa mall.
6. 1 tbsp. po gamit kong scoop.
