How To make Dirty Rice with Shrimp
1/2 lb Raw rice, long grain
1/8 c Shortening
1 Bunch green onions,fine chop
1 lb Shrimp, chopped
Butter 1 lb Red onions, chopped
2 Cloves garlic, chopped fine
1/4 Pod red pepper, chopped
3/16 Bunch parsley, chopped fine
Water Cook rice until almost done. Saute onions in shortening, add shrimp and cook until brown. Add garlic, green onions, parsley, salt, red pepper and water. Pour over rice. When water is absorbed, place in large baking dish and dot with butter. Brown at 350 F. about 15 minutes.

* 1 tablespoon onion powder
* 1 tablespoon garlic powder
* 2 teaspoon salt
* 1tablespoon paprika

* 1 chicken seasoning cube

1 pack of jimmy Dean Breakfast Sausage
1/2 Pound Ground Beef
1/2 Cup Chicken Livers
2 & 1/2 Cups Chicken Broth
3 cups of cooked rice
1 Pack of Seasoning Blend Peppers and Onions
2 Cloves of Garlic
2 Table Spoons of Bacon Grease
Green Onion for Garnishment
Assorted Seasonings (Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Cayenne Pepper, Cajun Seasoning)

INGREDIENTS:
●2 tablespoons cooking oil
●1/2 lb ground pork
●1 onion , chopped
●2 celery ribs , diced
●1 green bell pepper , diced
●1 garlic clove , minced
●1/4 teaspoon cayenne
●1/2 teaspoon paprika
●1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
●1 bay leaf
●1 3/4 teaspoons salt
●1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
●1 1/2 cups long grain rice
●3 cups canned low sodium chicken broth (can use homemade stock)
●1 lb medium shrimp , shelled and halved
●2 scallions , including green tops chopped

2-3 pieces diced bacon (optional)
1 lb pork sausage (I use jimmy dean mild or original) - If you do not eat pork, feel free to find an alternative that suits you
1 onion
celery
bell pepper (red or green or both)
Emeril's Essence (or your favorite cajun seasoning)
smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, oregano
fresh thyme
salt & pepper
1tbsp Better Than Bouillon Chicken Base (found in the chicken stock section)
2 cups long grain rice
4 cups chicken stock/broth
green onions
Fresh Parsley
Directions: Cook your white rice separately in chicken stock (per package instructions) Dice your veggies and begin by frying your bacon until it begins to get crispy. Add in sausage and brown/cook trough. Next, add in your veggies and mix to incorporate all ingredients. Add 1 tbsp chicken base and season to taste. Fold in white rice and adjust seasoning to your preference. Garnish with green onion, parsley, or both.
