1 Rcp Brownies from Cookie Mix 1 c Miniature marshmallows 1 c Peanut butter chips -- Reese's 1 tb Shortening 1 1/2 c Crisp rice cereal Make one recipe brownies from basic cookie mix. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven. Evenly sprinkle miniature marshmallows over brownies. Return to oven. Bake 5 additional minutes. Remove from oven; cool in pan. Combine peanut butter chips and shortening in the top of a double boiler over hot, NOT boiling water. Stir until melted. Add the rice cereal; stir until thoroughly coated. Spread over top of marshmallows. Cool until set. Cut into squares. Makes 16 Recipe By :

Double-Decker S'more Brownies Recipe | Parents
See how to make these mouthwatering double-decker s'more brownies. All you'll need is brownie batter, mini-marshmallows, chocolate syrup, & crushed graham crackers.
Double-Decker S’more Brownies Ingredients: Nonstick cooking spray 1 package brownie mix 1 bag mini-marshmallows Chocolate syrup Graham crackers, crushed
Make It: 1. Line a 15 X 10 inch jelly roll pan with aluminum foil, leaving extra on the ends. Spray the foil with nonstick cooking spray. 2. Prepare brownie batter according to package directions. Spread onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake until done, about 20 minutes. Cool completely and chill for at least 2 hours. 3. Preheat the broiler. Cut the brownies in half width-wise, and remove half to another piece of foil. Add one layer of mini-marshmallows to the browniesremaining in the pan. Broil until lightly browned. 4. Place the second layer of brownies on top of the marshmallows. Add more mini-marshmallows and broil again until the top layer is lightly browned. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle on crushed graham cracker crumbs.
