Of course, even classics need a tune-up every once in a while, which is where this recipe comes in. This meatloaf is unlike anything you've seen or tasted before. It's stuffed with long eggs, ham, and cheese to make for the most mouthwatering and flavorful comfort food.

Family dinners can get complicated – everyone needs their fill, but preferences don't always line up. Maybe your partner is a meatloaf fan, but the kids always want a big plate of lasagna. And that's not even taking your own taste into consideration! We've come up with the perfect solution to this age-old problem with this recipe for a lasagna meatloaf. We're baking this stuffed meatloaf directly into a loaf of fresh bread to lock in the flavor and bring in even more layers of comfort. After all, everyone likes toasted bread and cheese, so just imagine how much they'll like it once you slice up the loaf and show them what's inside!
5. Smoked Meatloaf In BBQ Sauce:
Barbecuing is a great way to prepare delicious food while you get to enjoy some fresh air. But instead of the classics like hot dogs, hamburgers, shish kabobs, and steak, why not opt for a dish that usually doesn't even step foot outside? All you need is a grilling plank, ground beef, mini cheese wheels, a few choice spices, and some good ol' American whiskey to whip up a family favorite that tastes even better grilled!

MINI MEATLOAF RECIPE | Small Batch Meat Loaf Recipe
This mini meatloaf is topped with a delicious ketchup glaze and is full of amazing flavor. The perfect size for two people and a quick and easy dinner solution.

Meatloaf:
1 lb. hamburger 90/10 blend
1/2 Tbsp minced onion dried
2 tsp garlic minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 egg or 1 Tbsp mayo
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 Tbsp steak sauce
1 Tbsp ketchup
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
Ketchup Glaze:
1/4 cup ketchup
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1/2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
Directions:
In a bowl, combine meat, minced onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and egg or 1 Tbsp of mayo and mix to combine.
Add in breadcrumbs along with other seasonings including steak sauce, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce.
Form meatloaf into two small loaves and place in baking dish.
Bake meatloaf at 350 degrees F. for 25 minutes.
While the meatloaf is baking combine ketchup, brown sugar and balsamic vinegar to make the glaze.
Then increase the oven temperature to 400 degrees F, remove the meatloaf form the oven and spoon the glaze mixture over the tops and sides of the meatloaf. Return to oven for an additional 5-10 minutes to allow glaze to set up. The meatloaf should reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees F.

1 sleeve of Ritz crackers
1/4 of a medium-sized bell pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/4 cup ketchup
2 Tbsp fresh parsley
