How To make Fantasy Fudge
Ingredients

cup
kraft parkay butter or margarine
3
cup
sugar
2/3
cup
evaporated milk
1
pk
baker's semi-sweet real chocolate
1
each
kraft marshmallow creme (7 oz)
1
cup
nuts, chopped
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
Directions:
MICROWAVE: In 4 quart, microwave-safe bowl, microwave margarine on HIGH (full-power) 1 minute or until melted. Add sugar and milk, mix well. Microwave on HIGH 5 minutes or until begins to boil, stirring after 3 minutes. Mix well, scrape bowl. Continue microwaving 5-1/2 minutes. Stir after 3 minutes. Stir in chips until melted. Add remaining ingredients, mix well.
Pour into greased 9 inch square pan or 13x9 inch baking pan. Cool at room temperature. Cut into squares.
Makes 3 pounds.

This fudge is different than old fashioned chocolate fudge which is made from a mixture of sugar, butter, and cream that is cooked to the soft ball stage, cooled, and then beaten until creamy. This Chocolate Marshmallow Fudge simply involves boiling evaporated milk, butter, sugar, and marshmallow cream for just five minutes (a candy thermometer is not absolutely necessary) and then stirring in some dark chocolate, vanilla, and chopped nuts. So easy and so good. Perfect for gift giving.

How to make Fantasy Fudge
Simple Fudge Recipe
3 Cups Sugar
1 1/2 sticks (3/4 cup) butter or margarine
5 oz evaporated milk
12 squares or 12 oz of semi sweet chocolate
1 jar of marshmellow creme
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Line a 9 inch square pan with foil.
Mix Sugar, Milk, and Butter over medium heat. Once you have reached full rolling boil cook for 4 minutes or to 234 degrees on candy thermometer.
Remove from heat, stir in Marshmellow Creme and Chocolate. Stir till melted. Mix in Vanilla and Nuts. Pour into 9 inch square pan. Allow to cool.

FANTASY FUDGE
3 cups sugar
3/4 (1-1/2 sticks) butter or margarine
1 can (5 oz.) evaporated milk
2 cups (12 oz.) Semi-Sweet chocolate chips
1 jar (7 oz.) JET-PUFFED Marshmallow cream
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup walnuts, chopped, optional
1. Line a 9-inch square baking pan with foil.
2. Bring sugar, butter and evaporated milk, in a 4-quart heavy bottom sauce pan, over medium-high heat, to a boil. Reduce heat to medium. Continuing stirring for 5 minutes or until candy thermometer reaches 234 degrees F. Remove mixture from heat.
3. Immediately, add marshmallow cream; stir until blended, Add vanilla; stir until blended. Add chocolate chips and blend until all chocolate chips have melted and fudge is smooth.
4. Pour in prepare pan. Cool 1 hour. Cut into squares.
Makes 24 (1-inch) squares
