This Strudel is perfect as an appetizer or serve with salad as main dish. This Savoury Strudel made using store- bought Phyllo Pastry. It’s so delicious and satisfying.

This recipe makes 2 strudels
1 pack phyllo dough ( 16 sheets total ) 8 sheets for each strudel
1cup melted unsalted butter
5 cups butternut squash, cut in 1” pieces
3 large bell peppers, cut in large pieces
1 large red onion, sliced
salt to taste
3 tbsp olive oil
Roast in preheated 375F oven for 20-25 minutes, cool completely after baking
4 cups fresh spinach
1 cup feta cheese
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp dry oregano
1/2 tsp ground pepper
3 tbsp rolled oats
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp sesame seeds
Bake assembled strudels in preheated 365F oven for about 45 minutes or until golden brown can cover with tinfoil for last 15 minutes to prevent burning.
