How To make French Silk Chocolate Pie2
1/2 cup unsalted butter
3/4 cup sugar
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
Shell 1 1/2 cups crushed chocolate wafer cookies
(oreo cookies with cream centers removed w 6 tablespoons butter, melted
In mixer bowl, cream butter, gradually add sugar, creaming till light. Blend in chocolate and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, beating 3 minutes after each addition, on medium speed of electric mixer. Turn into pie shell. Chill several hours.
Pie shell:
Use oreo cookies with cream centers scraped off (or chocolate wafer cookies, but I like oreos the best.) Combine cups crushed cookie crumbs with melted butter. Press into 8-inch or 9-inch pie plate (I use a glass one). Bake at 375 F for 10 minutes and then let cool completely before filling (I often make the shell one day and the filling the next - just cover shell with plastic wrap after it has cooled to keep it fresh till you fill it.)

Visit for the written recipe.
Easy to make, and tasty. The Oreo cookie pie crust is a copy-cat Oreo cookies recipe that actually tastes like a chocolatey, original Oreo cookie. Here I show you the step by step technique and explain how to use the dough from my ‘Oreo’ Cookies – Keto, sugar free, gluten free – to make the pie crust which can be used for any of your favorite baked and no bake cheesecake recipes or in whatever creative way you choose.
MAGNUM PI
This is perhaps the best chocolate meringue pie you will ever taste. And it's very easy to make. Here's the recipe...
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup all purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk
3 slightly beaten egg yolks
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
1 pre-baked pie shell, cooled.
In saucepan, combine sugar, flour, and salt; gradually stir in milk. Add chocolate. Cook and stir over medium heat until bubbly. Cook and stir 2 minutes. Remove from heat
Stir small amount of hot mixture into egg yolks, immediately return to hot mixture; return to heat and cook 2 minutes after returning to slow boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla extract. Stir thoroughly and pour into prepared pie crust.
Spread meringue atop pie and bake at 350% for 12 to 15 minutes. Cool.
Meringue recipe:
3 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
6 tablespoons sugar
Add vanilla and cream of tartar to egg whites and beat on high speed until soft peaks form. Gradually beat it sugar and continue to beat until stiff peaks form. Spread over hot pie filling. Bake at 350 degrees 12-15 minutes, or until lightly browned.

Chocolate Silk Keto Pie [The Perfect Indulgent Treat]
This chocolate silk pie seems so extravagant, it’s hard to believe it’s low-carb and keto friendly. A golden flaky crust is filled with creamy rich chocolate filling that melts in your mouth. The combination satisfies any craving for a decadent chocolaty dessert. Keto Chocolate Silk Pie is easy enough to prepare for a family meal, but it also makes a perfect dessert for celebrations and holidays. It’s the kind of dessert everyone loves and a recipe your guests will be asking for. What makes it even better for entertaining is that it can be prepared ahead of time. Make it the day before and you don’t have to think about dessert on the day of a party. Just be sure to give it at least three hours to refrigerate before serving.
The crust of this pie is a simple almond flour crust. This flaky, slightly sweet, pastry dough provides a lovely contrast from the sweeter silky chocolate filling. The crust is baked prior to filling since the filling does not require baking.
The luscious filling has a cream cheese base with rich cocoa. There’s an additional hint of butter for added richness. Whipped cream is folded in to lighten it and provide a silky, velvety, texture.
This chocolate silk pie will satisfy any dessert craving you might have. With this recipe, you can curb that chocolate dessert craving without the guilt!
