How To make Fresh Apple Cookies
2 c All-purpose flour
1 ts Baking soda
1/2 c Butter; softened
1 1/3 c Brown sugar; packed
1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Ground cinnamon
1 ts Ground cloves
1/2 ts Nutmeg; fresh if possible
1 Egg; beaten
1/4 c Apple juice or milk
1 c Chopped apple
1 c Chopped nuts
1 c Chopped raisins
GLAZE:
1 c Confectioner's sugar
1 tb Butter; softened
1/4 ts Vanilla
1/4 ts Salt
1 1/2 tb Milk or light cream
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Sift the flour and baking soda together in a medium mixing bowl. In a large bowl; cream butter, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and the egg. Add half the flour to the butter mixture and blend well. Mix half the juice or milk. Add the apples, nuts, and raisins to the remaining flour. Add the apple mixture to the butter mixture. Stir in the remaining juice or milk. Drop the dough by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Bake for 8 to 9 minutes, or until cookies are firm. While cookies are warm , spread with vanilla glaze. INGREDIENTS:
2 medium eggs
1/2 cup sugar (100gr.)
1 stick butter (100gr.)
2 3/4 cups flour (350gr.)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 Tbsp vanilla
2 medium apples, peeled, cored and diced
zest 1 orange
PROCEDURE:
In a large bow whisk eggs with sugar, add the vanilla and super soft butter. Add the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt). You will obtain a compact silky dough. Add orange zest and apples. Scoop one tablespoon of mix for each cookie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake to 400F for 20 min. Enjoy! Store on the countertop in a basket covered with a napkin.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup (115g) Butter, softened
1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons (125g) Brown sugar
1 Egg, large
2 cups (250g) Flour
1½ teaspoon Baking powder
1/4 teaspoon Baking soda
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
3/4 cup + 1 tablespoon (200g) applesauce

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 200C (400F). Line two baking trays with parchment paper and set aside.
