The Vitamix 5200 Blender is an excellent example of the brand’s high-quality craftsmanship. The machine wins owners over with its durability, simple controls, and powerful motor. Although it’s pricey, it’s a wise financial investment over the long run, especially given the premium construction and significantly generous warranty.
The Vitamix 5200's performance in this test was truly exceptional. Within the first 45 seconds, all the frozen fruits were completely transformed into a velvety smooth concoction. DIY Frozen Smoothie Packs on a Budget
Ever wonder if it is possible to prep a month of green smoothies on a budget, using mostly organic produce? Well, I did it and created a TON of frozen smoothie packs to show off to you. I’m all about fueling my body with whole foods, yet I also have to watch our monthly budget.
To do this successfully, I used our 7-Day Green Smoothie Challenge shopping list (which makes 7 green smoothie recipes using only 7 ingredients!). Then I invited my friend Erin along for some shopping at Costco, a member-only, bulk-grocery store to purchase as much organic produce as we could afford, and have enough ingredients to prep a month of green smoothie. *The 7-day smoothie challenge is now a rawsome 10-DAY Challenge!
