4 Simple Ingredients For the Best Baked Brie EVER | Easy Baked Brie With Jam and Nuts!
Get out of here, Puff Pastry -- we don't need you anymore. At least for brie, that is. Don't overcomplicate baked brie! All you need is 4 simple ingredients for an easy, beautiful appetizer everyone will adore!

Brie, jam, nuts, and a little honey will do the trick This baked brie topped with apricot jam, chopped almonds, and a drizzle of honey. It’s sweet, savory, melty, and you’re going to have a hard time walking away once it comes out of the oven!
This recipe is extremely versatile, and you could sub in just about any other jam/nut combination you like. If you’re making this in the fall, a cinnamon pear jam or apple butter would make an insanely delicious, festive combo.
Regardless of the time of year, this apricot-almond combo is my easy entertaining go-to!
HOW TO MAKE BAKED BRIE WITH JAM
1. Prep – Be sure to preheat the oven and have ready a brie baker or a small baking dish with a 2-3 cup capacity.
2. Remove the Rind – Removing the rind for Baked Brie with Jam is optional, but it makes this starter much easier to eat. For easier removal, place the brie in the freezer for 10-15 minutes prior to cutting it. Use a sharp knife to shave off the top and sides of the brie. Then, you can either place it in the brie baker whole or cut it into chunks and place it in a small baking dish.
3. Add the Topping – Dollop your choice of jam across the top of the brie, drizzle with honey, add the nuts, and a pinch of salt.
4. Bake – Bake the Brie uncovered for 13-15 minutes until it is hot and bubbly.

Baked Brie in Puff Pastry Recipe
This Baked Brie in Puff Pastry is one of the easiest and most delicious appetizers you can prepare for holiday season or any other party. Not only it looks great but it tastes awesome too and is best served with crackers or toasted bread slices.

Ingredients
Makes about 8 servings
1/4 cup (70g) apricot jam
1/3 cup (60g) dried cranberries or raisins
1/4 cup (25g) toasted pecans or walnuts or almonds, chopped
1 sheet (9 0z - 275g) puff pastry, thawed
2 (4 oz-125g) Brie cheese rounds
1 egg, beaten
1. Heat the oven to 425°F (220C).
2. In a small bowl combine apricot jam with toasted nuts and cranberries.
3. Unfold the pastry sheet and divide in two. Cut off the corners of each piece.
4. Spoon the apricot jam mixture in the center of each piece of dough. Top with the 2 pieces of Brie cheese.
5. Brush the edge of the dough with beaten egg. Fold the pastry up over the cheese to cover.
6. Place seam-side down onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Use the leftover pastry scraps to cut shapes to decorate. Brush with the egg mixture.
7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown. Let stand for 5 minutes. Serve with crackers or toasted bread slices.

Baked Brie is the world's most easy appetizer!! The ultimate cheese dip that takes ONE ingredient and TWO minutes in the microwave or 15 minutes in the oven, everyone goes mental over it even if you serve it plain!!
But a super quick way to dress up a Baked Brie is to top with honey or maple syrup. The sweetness goes so well with the rich savoury melty brie!!
Serve with sturdy crackers so they don't snap when used to scoop up the melted brie.
