How To make Glazed Raspberry Orange Turkey Breast
1 Boneless fresh Turkey
Breast 1 c Orange juice
1 ts Ground sage
1/2 ts Dried thyme leaves
1/2 ts Ground black pepper
1/2 ts Salt (optional)
1 ts Orange peel, grated (I used
Dried and it was fine) 2 c Frozen raspberries,UNTHAWED
1/3 c Granulated sugar
Heat oven to 350 degress. Place turkey breast in 9x9-inch baking pan. Pour orange juice over turkey; sprinkle with sage, thyme, pepper, salt and orange peel. Roast at 350 degrees basting occasionally for one hour and 20 minutes. Combine raspberries and sugar. Place around turkey. Continue roasting for 10-15 minutes. Let turkey stand 10 minutes before slicing. Serve

Rosemary Roasted Turkey Breast
Recipe adapted from Primal Palate
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325°
-Drizzle olive oil over turkey breast, brush to coat. Separate rosemary from stems, roughly chop and sprinkle liberally on turkey.
-Add salt and pepper to taste. Place turkey in shallow roasting pan.
-Cook turkey about 25 minutes per pound (turkey is done when a meat
thermometer inserted in the thickest part of the breast reads 170°.)
-Occasionally, baste turkey with juices in the pan, especially toward the end of cooking.
-Let rest for 10 minutes, carve, and serve.
Ingredients:
-2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
-2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, roughly chopped
-7 pound turkey breast
-2 teaspoons salt and pepper, to taste

The BEST thanksgiving Turkey recipe that is juicy, tender and packed with tons of flavor! This step by step tutorial will show you how to get perfectly golden juicy and moist Turkey that is seasoned to perfection. You can’t go wrong with this easy no fail baked Turkey recipe.
My Turkey was 10 pounds
Herb butter ingredients:
One cup of salted butter
1/2 cup chopped parsley
2 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp garlic paste
Salt and pepper to taste*
Dry rub ingredients:
1 tbsp adobo seasoning
2 tbsp Montreal chicken seasoning
1 tbsp smoked paprika
2 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp garlic powder
2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp rubbed sage
Cavity stuffing:
4 sprigs of Thyme
4 sprigs of Rosemary
4 sprigs of Sage
2 lemons cut into wedges
1 orange but into wedges
1 onion cut into wedges
1 whole Garlic
Vegetables that go on the bottom:
2 stalks of celery
1 large carrot
1 Onion
Bake at 350 for 3 hours for a 10 pound Turkey. The cooking time will vary if your turkey is larger or smaller than 10 pounds. Just make sure you cook for 15-20 minutes per pound.
