Saffron Thandai Cheesecake | Eggless & No Bake Thandai Cheesecake Recipe | Fusion Dessert
Ingredients
For the base:
1.1/2 cup gram crackers or any digestive biscuit crumbs
1/4 cup unsalted, melted butter
For filling:
16 oz full fat, room temperature cream cheese
1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar
1/2 cup chilled heavy whipping cream (35%fat or more)
1 tsp rose essence
2-3 tbsp thandai masala (click on the link below for thandai mix recipe)
1/4 tsp saffron or Kesar
1/2 tbsp hot milk
6”or 7” spring baking pan
For Toppings :
Some sweetened whipped cream
Sliced pistachios
Dry rose petals
Some saffron strands
Golden berries (optional)

3 Milk cake recipe | Delish Saffron milk cake | Tres leches cake | Turkish three milk cake
This cake is so so easy and so much delish and moreish
(so pleasant to eat that one wants more & more????????❤️ I made it two times one time in 8×8 cake pan and 2nd in 13×9
in this video using 8×8 and it becomes thick pieces. ideal size for this recipe is 13×9 you'll get perfect, beautiful and equal pieces.
INGREDIENTS FOR CAKE
4 Tbsp. unsalted butter, plus more for pan
2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
¾ cup whole milk
3 large eggs
1¼ cups (250 g) sugar
1½ tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
INGREDIENTS FOR SAFFRON MILK
3 cups whole milk
1 tsp. saffron threads
pinch of salt
1 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 12-oz. can evaporated milk
WHIPPED CREAM AND ASSEMBLY
2 cups chilled whipped cream (soft peaks)
¼ cup finely chopped pistachios
PREPARATION OF CAKE
Step 1
Place a rack in middle of oven; preheat to 350°. or 180°C Lightly grease a 13x9 baking dish with unsalted butter and dust with all-purpose flour, tapping out excess.
Step 2
Heat ¾ cup whole milk and 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter in a small saucepan over medium, stirring occasionally, until butter is melted, about 4 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Step 3
Beat 3 large eggs in the bowl on low speed until combined. then add in sugar and beat until mixture is pale, glossy, and doubled in volume, (or beat both together)
sift in 2 cups all-purpose flour, 1½ tsp baking powder, salt,(fold in 2 to 3 batches or all at once, which will be easy, it's up to you) Using a rubber spatula, fold until flour is mostly incorporated. Add milk mixture and stir gently until just incorporated (don’t overmix). Scrape batter into prepared baking dish and smooth top if needed.
Step 4
Bake cake until top is golden brown and springs back when gently pressed, 25–30 minutes. Let cool in pan 15 minutes.
SAFFRON MILK
Step 5
While the cake is cooling, heat 3 cups whole milk, 1 tsp. saffron threads, and salt in a medium saucepan over medium until steaming and creamy yellow in color. Remove from heat and stir in condensed milk and evaporated milk until smooth and combined. Set aside 1½ cups saffron milk for serving; chill until ready to use.
Step 6
Using a toothpick, poke holes in cake at 1 intervals. Pour remaining saffron milk evenly over cake. Chill cake, uncovered, at least 1 hour and up to 12 hours (4 hours is ideal).
WHIPPED CREAM AND ASSEMBLY
Step 7
Whip cream until soft peaks.
Cut cake into 12 or 24 pieces and serve topped with 2 tbsp reserved saffron milk and a generous dollop of whipped cream. Scatter some finely chopped pistachios over, dividing evenly.

Today i am sharing with you Persian dish called Tahchin! It is a dish made up of rice, saffron, yogurt, eggs and chicken. In this video, i am showing you step by step on how to make this recipe, how to cook the perfect white basmati rice, how to get the crispy rice cake (aka tahdig), more about saffron, how to impress your guests and what the secret ingredient is to the best Persian food.
When I had Tahchin for the first time, I fell head over heels. Who knew rice could be fluffy and tender, but also crispy at the same time.
Persian Tahchin (Crispy Saffron Rice Cake)
Ingredients:
-2 cups Rice (soaked in water for 2 hours before cooking)
-1 cup Dry Barberry
-1/2 kg Chicken Breast (cubes)
-2 tbsp Sugar
-1 tspTurmeric Powder
-1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
-1 pcsChicken Stock
-1 cup Yogurt
-2 egg yolk
-8 tbsp Oil
-2 tbspSalt
-1 Onion(chopped)
