3 squares unsweetened baking chocolate 1/2 pound butter 2 cups sugar 4 egg 1 1/3 cups flour 1 cup chopped pecans powdered sugar Melt chocolate with butter in top of double boiler. Remove and add sugar. Let cool and add well-beaten eggs, flour and pecans. Bake in two well-buttered 8" by 8" baking pans at 400F for approximately 18 minutes. Take from oven, cut contents of each pan into thirty six brownies, immediately roll in powdered sugar and store in tin cake pan.
