How to Make an Awesome Chicken Bacon Onion Green Bean Casserole
In this video, I will show you how to make an awesome Chicken Bacon Onion Green Bean Casserole. Great not only for the holidays, but any night of the week.
You will need:
2 -- 14.5 ounce cans of French Cut Green Beans
1 -- 10 ounce can of Condensed Cream of Chicken soup
1 cup of Milk
1 cup of Fried Onions
¼ cup of Diced Fresh Onion
1 whole package of Bacon (pan fried and hand crumbled)
1 Casserole Dish
1 mixing utensils
First, mix the Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup and the cup of Milk in the casserole dish. Mix well, but end result will be lumpy. Next, add the Diced Fresh Onion and mix well. Then, add the two cans of Green Beans and mix well. Now, add ½ cup of Fried Onion and ½ of the Crumbled Bacon, and mix well. Preheat your oven to 350. Bake casserole for 30 minutes. Top the casserole with the remaining ½ cup of Fried Onion and the remaining Crumbled Bacon. Bake for an additional 5 minutes. Remove casserole from the oven and allow it to cool. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:
1 can Whole Corn drained thoroughly
1 can French-Style Green Beans drained
1 can Water Chestnuts drained
1/2 c. Sweet Yellow Onion diced or chopped, can use 1 T. onion flakes.
1/2 c. Sour Cream
1 can Cream of Celery or Mushroom Soup
1 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese also, Gruyere would be great.
6 T. Melted Butter
1/2 t. Garlic Powder
1 tube Ritz Crackers crumbled

Ingredients (Serves 4 | Prep time: 15m | Cooking time: 35m | 210 calories & 13.3g fat p/serving):
- 250g Green beans
- 400g Mushrooms
- 4 Garlic cloves
- 4 Rashers of bacon
- 40ml Double cream
- Knob of butter
- Salt and pepper (to season)
- 1 tbsp Plain white flour
- Chicken stock
- Grated parmesan
For the French fried onions:
- 1 Onion
- Milk
- Plain flour

This dish, for some, is a weeknight meal, but come Thanksgiving, this dish becomes the co-star for most holiday dinners (of course, no dish should outshine the Thanksgiving turkey ).
A medley of fresh green beans covered with creamy mushroom soup, under a blanket of crispy french fried onion, this recipe is easy and quick. Simply boil your cut green beans for a few minutes to allow them to soften. While the green beans often, mix together all of your ingredients. Next combine the softened green beans to the mixture of ingredients. Lastly, pour everything into a casserole dish and bake for 25 minutes.
This classic casserole can be baked in a traditional casserole dish, or you can bake some of the mixture in individual serving size baking dishes. Once it is out of the oven it is ready to be served, and more importantly, enjoyed.
Whether this is your first time, or your 50th, hosting, this Green Bean Casserole is a recipe you'll want to have on your Thanksgiving table year after year.
Recipe:
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Pinch ground black pepper
4 cups green beans, cut (be sure to remove the ends)
1 1/3 cup french fried onions
Instructions:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a medium pot, bring water to a boil. Once at a rolling boil, add the cut green beans. Allow to cook for 5 - 10 minutes or until soft.
3. While the green beans are boiling, mix together soup, milk soy sauce, pepper, beans and 2/3 cup fried onions in a medium bowl.
4. Pour the mixture into 1/2- quart casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until mixture is bubbling. Stir mixture and sprinkle the remaining onions on top.
5. Bake for 5 more minutes, or until golden brown.
