How To make Grilled Chicken with Peach and Onion Relish
2 lbs peaches
peeled and pitted
:
cut into thin wedges 2 tbsps fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 c chopped red bell pepper
1 1/4 c chopped sweet onion
2 tbsps curry powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 c packed brown sugar
1/2 c cider vinegar
1/2 c chopped fresh cilantro
6 skinless boneless chicken breasts
Combine peaches and fresh lemon juice in medium bowl. Place red bell pepper and onion in medium non-stick saucepan. Stir over medium-low heat until vegetables are crisp-tender, about 6 minutes. Add curry powder and cayenne pepper to saucepan and stir 1 minute. Add brown sugar and stir until dissolved, about 2 minutes. Add vinegar; stir 2 minutes. Add peach mixture and accumulated juices to pan and cook until heated through, about 3 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and cool completely. Season relish to taste with salt and pepper. (Can be prepared up to 5 days ahead. Cover and refrigerate.) Mix chopped cilantro into relish.
Prepare grill. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Grill until just cooked through, about 5 minutes per side. Cut chicken into thin diagonal slices. Arrange on plates; surround with peach relish.

OLD SCHOOL PEACH GLAZED OVEN BBQ CHICKEN WINGS
This is an easy recipe for bbq chicken
It’s so quick and awesome
Recipe:
5# chicken wings
1 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cups seasoning salt ( cavenders meat seasoning)
1/4 cup bbq seasominmg( i use uncle steves poultry competition shake
1/4 worshitire sauce
1/3 cup liquid smoke sauce (optional)
2 cups thick bbq sauce and 1/2 cup peach jelly
Oil and Season chicken with all seasoning
Add to pan and place in oven uncovered on 450 degrees for 15 minutes
Remove from oven and turn over and place back in oven for 15 more minutes
Remove from oven and drain liquid from pan
Brush on bbq sauce on chicken and place chicken back in oven covered for 15 additional minutes on 350
Remove from oven and enjoy

INGREDIENTS:
●1/2 teaspoon salt
●1/4 teaspoon each ground cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg
●4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (6 ounces each )
●GLAZE:
●1/4 cup peach preserves
●2 tablespoons lemon juice
●1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
●RELISH:
●2 medium peaches, peeled and finely chopped
●1/3 cup finely chopped sweet red pepper
●1/3 cup finely chopped green pepper
●1 green onion, finely chopped
●2 tablespoons minced fresh mint

THINGS YOU’LL NEED:
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 small onion chopped
4 habanero peppers diced
4 cloves garlic chopped
2-3 cups chopped mango (I used 2 cups for this recipe, but you can use more as desired)
6 ounces tomato paste
3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons spicy chili flakes
1 tablespoon ground mustard
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon ground ginger
½ cup brown sugar
Salt and pepper to taste

Recipe: Chipotle Peach Chicken
Ingredients:
1/3 cup peach preserves
1/4 cup peach juice
1 1/2 Tbls red wine vinegar
2 tsp adobo sauce
2 tsp virgin olive oil
Kosher salt to taste
Black Pepper, coarsely ground to taste
3-4 large peaches, peeled & diced medium
2 Tbls onion, minced
4 boneless chicken breast halves
2 Tbls fresh cilantro, finely chopped
Chipotle Chiles (from same can as adobo sauce), chopped
1 Tbls olive oil
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl mix preserves, juice, vinegar adobo sauce and
olive oil together. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Pour about 1/3 of dressing into a separate bowl and brush the
chicken. Cook chicken until fully cooked. (Bake, Grill or pan fry)
3. Saute peaches, onion and chipotle peppers 2-3 minutes in olive oil
over medium heat. Add cilantro and spoon over glazed chicken.

If your garden is exploding with chili peppers like mine does every year, consider the humble pepper relish. The vinegar not only makes the relish delicious and somewhat sweet, it acts as a preservative, letting you keep your peppers around longer so you can enjoy them.
Pepper relish is easy to adjust to your own heat and flavor preferences by using any hot peppers, sweet peppers or a combination. You can add in other seasonings as well to really make it your own.
Use a good pepper relish as you would any other condiment. Top your burgers and brats right off the grill for a tangy flavor addition. Spoon it over grilled chicken or pork for an extra tasty component. Serve it at the table with brunch to scoop over toasts. You can also swirl it into soups and stews to bring on the zest. I love sweet and spicy pepper relish anytime.
Pepper Relish Recipe - How to Make Pepper Relish
Ingredients
3 cups chopped hot chili peppers – You can use a mix of peppers if you’d like anywhere from mild bells to superhots like Morugas or Scorpions, though I like to keep the thickness of the peppers about the same so the overall consistency is even. Lean toward hotter peppers. For this, I used a mix of both sweet and hot peppers.
3/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
2 cloves garlic chopped
1/2 small onion chopped
2 teaspoons yellow mustard seed
Salt to taste
Cooking Directions
Add all ingredients to a large pan and heat to medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Bring to a light boil.
Reduce heat to low and simmer about 25-30 minutes, or until liquid is reduced and absorbed into the mixture.
Add to a jar and allow to cool.
Serve!
Makes about 4 cups.

100 ml pure cream (heavy cream)
1 or 2 teaspoons calvados (optional)
4 apples (golden delicious or similar) Peeled, cored and finely sliced
20 gram butter (to cook the chops)
1 teaspoon grapeseed or sunflower oil ( to cook the chops)
30 grams butter to (cook the apples)
salt and pepper to season.
