HERSHEY'S PERFECTLY CHOCOLATE CAKE CHOCOLATE CAKE
Grease & flour 2 9-inch round cake pans. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2 cups of sugar
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup Hershey's Cocoa powder
1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons of baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 cup boiling water
1. In a large mixing bowl add all dry ingredients. Mix well with a whisk.
2. Add milk, eggs, oil and vanilla to dry ingredients. With an electric mixer, on medium, beat for 2 minutes. Whisk in boiling water until smooth (batter will be thin).
3. Add cake batter equally into prepared round baking pans.
4. Bake for 30-35 minutes of until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans to wire racks. Cool completely.
PERFECTLY CHOCOLATE CHOCOLATE FROSTING
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter or margarine
2/3 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
3 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1. Melt butter over low heat. Whisk in cocoa until smooth.
2. Alternately add powdered sugar and milk, beating on medium speed to spreading consistency. Beat in vanilla. Add more milk if needed. Frost cake!!

Milk - ½cup (120ml)
Vanilla essence - 1tsp
Hot water - ½cup (120ml)
Dark Chocolate - 200g
Heavy cream - 150ml
Pan size : 7×7

Chocolate Syrup Recipe:
CAKE:
1 stick of butter
1 cup Sugar
16 oz Chocolate Syrup
4 eggs
1 cup self rising flour
1 tsp vanilla
FROSTING:
1 stick butter
1 Cup Sugar
1/3 Cup milk
1 square chocolate ( I used a scant 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips)
BAKE at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes

Ingredients:
NOTE: 1 CUP = 240 ML
Cake pan size = 6 inch* 3 inch.
All purpose flour - 1cup (120 grams )
Cocoa powder - ½cup (60 grams )
Sugar - 1cup (200 grams)
Baking powder - 1tsp
Baking soda - ½tsp
Salt - 1/4tsp
Egg - 1
Oil or melted butter - ¼cup (60 ml)
Curd - ½cup
Vanilla essence - 1tsp
Warm water - ½cup (120 ml)
Method:-
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F or 180 C. Butter cake rounds.
2.Mix together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl until combined.
3.Add eggs, curd, warm water, oil, and vanilla. Mix everything until combined.
4.Fill pan with cake batter.
5. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350 F or 180 C , until the cake meets the toothpick test (stick a toothpick in and it comes out clean).
6. Cool for 15 minutes and then turn out the cakes and allow to cool completely.

My Hershey’s Fudgy Chocolate Cake is easy to assemble with full-blown chocolate flavours. This is achieved through the incorporation of coffee powder and a mild heating up of my cocoa to bring out their full flavours. Additionally, I added some vanilla for that unmissable fragrance.
Thereafter, I assembled my Hershey’s Fudgy Chocolate Cake with a Chocolate Buttercream Frosting. I understand some of you are not huge fans of the chocolate buttercream frosting. However, I assure you that the recipe is less sweet especially, since I used Hershey’s unsweetened cocoa powder to help tone down the sweetness. Nonetheless, other chocolate frosting options are available on my blog too: Swiss Meringue Buttercream and Chocolate Ganache.
