How To make Hershey's White Chips Almond Fudge
10 oz Premier White Chips
-(Hershey's) 2/3 c Sweetened condensed milk
-(not evaporated milk) 1 1/2 c Chopped slivered almonds
-(coarsely chopped) - toasted* 1/2 ts Vanilla extract
Line 8-inch square pan with foil, extending foil over edges of pan. In medium saucepan over very low heat, melt white chips and sweetened condensed milk, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in almonds and vanilla. Spread into prepared pan. Cover; refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Use foil to lift fudge out of pan; peel off foil. Cut fudge into squares. About 3 dozen pieces or 1-1/2 pounds fudge. * To toast almonds: Spread almonds on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit, stirring occasionally, 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned; cool. Easy Keto/Low Carb Fudge Recipes-Great Holiday Gift Idea!
I've been wanting to make this recipe for a long time, ever since I figured out Keto Sweetened Condensed Milk. I made this kind of regular fudge before for Christmas gifts one year and it was fun doing a bunch of different variations and flavors. Same goes for this fudge, you can use any combinations of keto chocolates, add ins and extracts you want to make an endless amount of different flavors of keto fudge. Included in this post is just 7 of the many you could make!

Macros:
All the macros on these fudge recipes are going to rely heavily on the kind of keto chocolate chips you use. The Lily's salted caramel turtle, Baked Believe Semi-Sweet Chocolate peppermint, Lily's Dark Chocolate Almond Joy and the Choc Zero peanut butter fudge were 1 Net Carb each if cut into 36 pieces. Lily's white chips way higher in carbs than others.

Recipe:
1. Take a pan on low flame, add 400gm condensed milk and 1/2 cup dark chocolate. I have used dark chocolate compound. Let it cook till it thickens but make sure it doesn’t burn.
2. Transfer to a bowl or tin lined with some oil or butter and parchment paper. Make sure it is properly lined otherwise your batter will stick to the tin. Top it with any toppings of your choice. Freeze it for atleast 6-8 hours or overnight. Enjoy!

Alton Brown's Easy Peanut Butter Fudge
Few holiday treats say I care quite like fudge, which is delicious, tedious, and time consuming. Since it only has 4 ingredients and takes about 10 minutes to make, this fudge says I forgot to get you anything, so I made this at the last minute. Luckily, it's so delicious, no one will really care.

Old Fashion Fudge
This is a recipe from the 1950's Hershey's Cocoa Box with a few alteration on my part.
I've given the orginal recipe and my own version with substitutions. I sure hope you'll try this fudge recipe even though it takes a long time to make. Just remember to follow the technique exactly and DO NOT STIR UNTIL AFTER THE COOLING IS COMPLETE.
