How To make White Chocolate& Almond Brownies
12 oz White chocolate
- broken into pieces 1 c Unsalted butter
3 Eggs
3/4 c Flour
1 t Vanilla
1/2 c Slivered almonds
Preheat oven to 325~. Grease and flour 9" square pan. Melt chocolate and butter in large saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly (do not be concerned if the white chcolate separates). Remove from heat when chocolate is just melted. With electric mixer, beat in eggs until mixture is smooth. Beat in flour and vanilla. Spread batter evenly in prepared pan. Sprinkle almonds evenly ove the top. Bake 30-35 minutes or just until set in center. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into 2" squares.

What ingredients are in these gluten-free white chocolate brownies:
Unsalted butter – you can also sub a vegan butter if you want
White chocolate chips – you will need some to fold into the brownie mix then some to melt too!
Eggs – you use a mix of eggs and egg yolk for this recipe
Vanilla extract – this is key in getting the right flavor
Gluten-free all purpose flour – if not gluten-free you can use all purpose flour too
How to make white chocolate brownies:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a 9×9 or 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper and set aside
Combine butter and 6 ounces white chocolate chips in microwave safe bowl
Warm in microwave until melted in 30 second increments, stirring in between
In a large bowl, combine coconut sugar, eggs and egg yolk for about 30 seconds with hand mixer
Mix in vanilla extract and melted white chocolate and mix until combined
Add in flour and baking powder and mix to combine
Fold in white chocolate chips and add batter to baking dish
Bake in oven for 35-45 minutes or until your stick a toothpick in center and it comes out clean
Allow brownies to cool then slice and enjoy!

White Chocolate Brownie Recipe | How to Make Lavender Blueberry Brownies
This is a super-simple yet amazing version of a White Chocolate Lavender Blueberry brownie - quick to stir together and bake. The combination of blueberries and lavender in this blondie brownies recipe is something incredible. It’s so delicious!
Makes 9-12
INGREDIENTS
1 ¼ sticks (150g) unsalted butter, melted
1 ¾ cups (225g) all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ cup (100g) granulated sugar
2 large eggs plus 1 yolk, at room temperature
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup fresh blueberries
7 oz (200g) white chocolate, melted
2 tablespoons lavender sugar
¼ cup (50g) almonds, roughly chopped (optional)
Icing sugar for dusting
PREPARATION
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line bottom of a 8 x 8-inch (20 x 20-cm) square baking pan with parchment paper and grease with butter.
2. Make the lavender sugar. Mix together equal parts food-grade lavender to sugar and pulse it until fine in a spice grinder or food processor, sifting out any large pieces that remain.
3. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the melted butter, white chocolate and sugar. Add the eggs and the lavender sugar, and mix until combined.
4. Sift the flour, baking powder and salt into the bowl. Mix well until smooth.
5. Stir the blueberries and chopped almonds, if using. The mixture should be quite thick.
7. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and level the surface.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for around 20 minutes or until cooked but still slightly squidgy in the middle. Take care not to overbake.
9. Remove from oven and turn out almost immediately to cool on a wire rack. Dust with icing sugar and garnish with additional lavender or chopped nuts if desired. Cut into squares to serve. Enjoy!
