How To make White Chocolate Macadamia Brownies
1 c Unsalted Butter
10 oz White Chocolate, Broken In
Pieces
(I always use Lindt 1 c Sugar
4 ts Vanilla
4 lg Eggs
2 c Flour
1 c Macadamia Nuts :
coarsely
Chopped
Preheat oven to 325 F. Line a 13 x 9 x2 pan with foil, including sides and lightly grease. Melt butter and chocolate in microwave or double boiler over low heat until mixture is smooth, stirring often. Remove from heat and stir in sugar and vanilla. Beat eggs lightly and add to chocolate mixture. Stir well. (Mixture may appear curdled, but that's ok. ) Add flour and nuts and stir just to combine. Transfer batter to pan and bake 30 - 35 minutes or until pale golden. Cool completely and left out of pan with foil; peel away foil and cut into squares. Macadamia & Cherry Brownies
Recipe
200g butter
180g white chocolate
180g dark chocolate
200ml maple syrup
4 eggs
100g plain flour
100g cocoa
1 teaspoon baking powder
100g macadamia nuts
150g glacé cherries
1. Preheat the oven to 170°C. Line a 20cm square tin.
2. Roughly chop the white chocolate and place on a tray. Put the tray of white chocolate into the freezer until needed. By freezing the chocolate it helps the chocolate from melting completely while the brownie bakes.
3. Melt the butter and dark chocolate in a small saucepan until smooth. Remove from the heat and cool, then mix in the maple syrup and eggs mix well. Add in the flour, cocoa and baking powder mix well. Fold through the nuts, white chocolate and cherries.
4. Pour the brownie mixture into the prepared tin and bake for 20 minutes. Cool for at least 1 hour before slicing.

White Chocolate Chip Macadamia Nut Blondies
These Blondies are rich and chewy and filled with white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts. They are not only absolutely delicious, they are really easy to make too! These decadent bars are perfect for bake sales, BBQ's, any type of get together and are sure to be a crowd pleaser!

Ingredients:
2 sticks or 1/2 pound butter, softened
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
3 cups flour
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 cup toasted and chopped macadamia nuts
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
Bake macadamia nuts at 400 until toasted. Chop and set aside.
Cream sugar and butter together, add in eggs and vanilla until well incorporated. In a separate bowl, stir together flour and baking powder. Add slowly to batter until all incorporated and dough is formed. Fold in white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts. Press dough into a prepared 9X9 baking dish and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes ore until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Let cool slightly, remove from pan and cut into desired sized pieces. Enjoy!

White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Brownies -- Lynn's Recipes
Lynn demonstrates how to make White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Brownies. This is perfect for dessert or a sweet afternoon snack.
½ pound (2 sticks) butter, softened
1-1/2 cups light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 cup macadamia nuts, toasted and rough chopped
Preheat the oven to 350°.
Spray a 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray.
Cream together the butter and brown sugar until smooth. Add the eggs and vanilla extract and beat until incorporated.
Stir the flour and baking powder together and slowly add to the batter until incorporated. Stir in the white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts.
One all the dough is blended, pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
Place in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until set, but still a little moist.
