In this video, we’re going to share with you a delicious almond fudge recipe. This is a great fat-burning snack that’s high in protein and has no sugar. This homemade almond fudge recipe even has kale in it. This goes beyond low carb because it is zero carbs. This easy and healthy recipe is perfect for fat-burning and weight loss. It uses my Instant Kale Shake to add some awesome nutrition into a delicious and super easy recipe.
Fat-Burning Almond Fudge Recipe:
Instructions:
16-ounce jar of almond butter
¾ cup of coconut oil
2 scoops of Instant Kale Shake
1/4 tsp of sea salt if almond butter was unsalted
1 tsp of pure vanilla
OPTIONAL: Add sugar-free chocolate chips (Lily’s
Brand), coconut flakes, nut mix, seed mix, etc.
Ingredients:
1. Mix all ingredients (at room temperature) in a
bowl including oil and almond butter until smooth.
2. Pour with spatula back into the jar and refrigerate.
Place extra material in a separate container as the
the amount will not all fit into your original jar.
3. Enjoy small amounts each day.

Nutty Chocolate Treat | Almond Fudge recipe | Megshaw's Kitchen
Today I'll be showing you one of my best Nutty Chocolate Treats yet. This is an Almond Fudge recipe which is a perfect treat for all you chocolate lovers.
This Almond Chocolate Fudge will also make a perfect gift for friends and family. Simply wrap them beautifully in boxes and treat your friends with this special homemade Nutty Chocolate Treat.
Ingredients:
1 can of condensed milk - 397g
150g dark chocolate
50g Almond - roughly chopped
10g butter - I used unsalted
30mls Baileys - or any Irish cream of choice
Simmer on very low heat for 15 minutes and stir continuously. Pour into a grease-proofed tin and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hour to set. Cut them into bite sizes and enjoy !!

-Ice Cream:
2 cup cream
1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp vanilla paste/extract/fresh seeds
2-3 egg yolks (depending on the size of the egg)
2 tbsp ground espresso or dark roast coffee
-Hot Fudge:
1/2 cup cream
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp corn syrup
2 tbsp brown sugar
1-2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Ingredients:
1 can (14oz/397g) Sweetened condensed milk
3 tablespoons (45g) Butter, unsalted
450g White chocolate
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
3oz (85g) toasted Pistachios
3oz (85g) dried cranberries
Pinch salt
Directions:
1. Grease and line an 9-inch (22cm) square baking pan with parchment paper.
2. In a medium-sized saucepan, add butter, white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk and salt. Place on a low heat, cook stirring frequently until completely melted and smooth. Continue to heat for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickens. Stir in pistachios and cranberries and vanilla extract.
3. Pour the mixture into the pan and evenly spread.
4. Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours. Release from the pan, cut into squares.
Notes:
• Keep refrigerated
• You can use any kind of nuts
