4 Egg yolks
2 1/4 c Brown sugar; packed
1 tb Water
1 ts Vanilla
2 c Flour
1 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
1 c Gum drops
3/4 c Walnuts
4 Egg whites
Beat egg yolks with beater. Stir in brown sugar, water and vanilla. In another bowl, sift together flour baking powder and salt. Mix with egg-sugar mixture. Stir in gum drops and walnuts. Chicken - 1Kg (Each piece 30g)
Cardamom - 4
Cinnamon - 1 inch
Cloves - 4
Fennal seeds - 1 Tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 Tsp
Black Pepper - 1 Tsp
Coriander Seeds - 1 Tsp
Light Green Chillies - 2 (Very Long)
Onion - 1 Big Size
Ginger - 3 inches
Garlic pods - 15
Salt - 1 1/2 Tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tsp
Red Chilli powder - 2 Tbsp
Oil - 100ml
Curry leaves - 4 Stems
Method????
Masala Paste????
Take a Pan
Cardamom - 4
Cinnamon - 1 inch
Cloves - 4
Fennal Seeds - 1 Tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 Tsp
Black Pepper - 1 Tsp
Coriander Seeds - 1 Tsp
Fry for 3-4 Mins on Medium Flame
Let it cool
Onion - 1 Big Size
Ginger - 3 inches
Garlic Pods - 15
Chop all of the above in Medium Pieces
Take a Mixie Jar
Add Fried Spices
Add Chopped ingredients
Salt - 1 1/2 Tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 Tsp
Red Chilli powder - 2 Tbsp
GRIND INTO PASTE!
Marination Process????
Chicken - 1Kg
Add Grounded Masala Paste
Mix well
Marinate for 30Mins
Cooking Process????
Take a Kadai
Oil - 100ml
Add 30 Mins Marinated Chicken in the oil
Fry for 3-4 Mins
Close lid and leave for 5 Mins on Medium Flame
Clean the marinated chicken bowl with water and add it in the chicken
Close lid And Leave for 5 Min
Mix well
Close lid and leave for 5 Min
Mix well
Fry for 10 Mins
Gravy thickens
Curry leaves - 4 Stems
Add Chopped Green Chillies - 2 (Very Long)
Fry for 10 Mins
