1 c Libby's solid pac Pumpkin
1 c Milk
1/4 c Melted butter
1/4 c Honey
1 Egg slightly beaten
1 c Whole wheat flour
1 c All purpose flour
1/2 c Sugar
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 c Chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 400?... Combine pumpkin, milk, butter, honey, and egg mixing well... Combine flours, sugar, baking powder, salt an nuts then add to pumpkin mix until just moistened... Spoon into greased medium sized muffin pans, filling each cup half full and bake 15 min.

INGREDIENTS:
●1/2 cup raisins
●1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
●1/2 cup packed brown sugar
●1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
●3/4 teaspoon baking powder
●1/2 teaspoon baking soda
●1/2 teaspoon salt
●2 eggs
●3/4 cup canned pumpkin puree
●1/2 cup vegetable oil
●1/2 cup honey
●1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Healthy delicious and easy pumpkin muffin recipe! No equipment needed! Get into the fall spirit and try making these for yourself! Recipe below:
Ingredients:
1 and 3/4 cups (220g) whole wheat flour (spoon & leveled)*
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice*
2 large eggs, at room temperature
1/2 cup (95g) lightly packed brown sugar
1 cup (228g) pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
1/3 cup (72g) unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled*
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/3 cup (80ml) milk
1/2 cup (90g) mini chocolate chips*
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray. Set tin aside.
In a large bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice together. Set aside. In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs, brown sugar, pumpkin puree, melted butter, vanilla, and milk together until combined. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stir a few times, then add the mini chocolate chips. Fold everything together gently just until combined.
Divide batter into muffin tin and bake 16 to 18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. If your oven has hot spots, be sure to rotate the pans during bake time. Remove tin from the oven. Allow muffins to slightly cool before enjoying.

Best Ever Pumpkin Muffins
These Best Ever Pumpkin Muffins are perfectly sweet with just a little spice! I had originally intended to come up with some sort of glaze or frosting to go on these muffins, but when I saw how pretty they looked all on their own, and then tasted their perfection, I knew I had to leave them alone. No frosting, no glaze, no drizzle, and not even a dusting of powdered sugar.
