Whole Wheat Cookies Recipe
This recipe is for learning how to make whole wheat chocolate chip cookies. These cookies are made by hand but you can also use a mixer. Whole wheat chocolate chip cookies are just like the original. Tasty, but with the wholesomeness of hearty wheat flour and a bit less sugar. They are so delicious that your friends and family won’t know they are healthier.
So why should we make cookies with whole wheat flour? When eating sweets, if you can add in whole grains, you are already ahead of the game. It adds healthy fat, fiber and lots of nutrients not found in white flour. Because of this, you feel more satiated and are less likely to overindulge in too many of these wonderful treats.

आटा ओट्स हनी अखरोट कुकीज़

1 कप / 140 ग्राम आटा
1 कप / 90 ग्राम Oats
1/2 कप शहद
100 ग्राम मक्खन (कमरे का तापमान)
1/2 टीस्पून दालचीनी पाउडर
1/2 चम्मच बेकिंग सोडा

तरीका
------------
1. Oats को मोटे तौर पर पाउडर करें। आटा, दालचीनी पाउडर और बेकिंग सोडा को एक साथ मिलाएं।
2. अखरोट को 1/2 cm टुकड़ों में काट लें।
3. मक्खन और शहद को एक साथ चिकना और हवादार होने तक फेंटें। आप इसके लिए एक इलेक्ट्रिक मिक्सर का उपयोग कर सकते हैं। यदि आप इसे अब वेनिला अर्क जोड़ना पसंद करते हैं।
4. आटा मिश्रण डालें और अच्छी तरह मिलाएँ। फिर oats और कटा हुआ अखरोट में गुना। आटे को ज्यादा न गूंधें। गेहूं का आटा अब लस छोड़ना शुरू कर देना चाहिए। फिर चपाती के लिए आटा अच्छी तरह से लोचदार हो जाता है। हम ऐसा नहीं चाहते हैं।
5. आटे को आधे घंटे के लिए ढककर fridge रख दें।
6. आटे के बराबर आकार के गोले बना लें। मैं कुकीज़ के समान भागों को मापने के लिए एक tbsp का उपयोग करता हूं।
7. कुकी आकार को समान रूप से समायोजित करें।
8. कुकीज को 18 मिनट के लिए 180 डिग्री सेल्सियस पर पहले से गरम ओवन में बेक करें। खस्ता कुकीज़ के लिए 22 मिनट।
9. 18 मिनट के बाद जांचें। कुकीज़ का निचला भाग सुनहरा भूरा होना चाहिए। गर्म होने पर कुकीज़ नरम महसूस हो सकती हैं। वे ठंडा होने के साथ सख्त हो जाएंगे।

Ingredients:
* 1 1/4 cups Oat flour (150 g)
* 3/4 cup Whole wheat flour (100 g)
* 1/3 cup Sugar (80 g)
* 1 teaspoon baking powder (5 g)
* 1 large egg
* 1/4 cup Melted butter (50 g)
* 2 1/2 tablespoons Maple syrup (40 g)
* 2 1/2 tablespoons Sour cream (40 g)
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional, but highly recommend)
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl whisk together oat flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, just to combine.
2. In a separate bowl lightly beat egg and sugar, add maple syrup, melted butter, sour cream, salt and mix to combine.
3. Add the flour mixture into the wet ingredients , stir with spatula.
4. Scoop 2 tablespoons of the batter and roll balls (~12 balls)
5. Space balls 2 inches apart on prepared baking sheet. Flatten halfway with your fingertips.
6. Bake in a preheated 350F (175 C) oven for 20 to 25 minutes until the edges are lightly golden brown. Do not over-dry them!
7. Remove from the oven and cool completely on a rack.

• Butter – 3 tbsp, salted
• Brown sugar powder – ½ cup
• Honey – 2 tbsp
• Vanilla essence – ½ tsp
• Wheat flour – ½ cup
• Oats – 1 ½ cup
• Dry fruits – ½ cup, chopped (almonds, cashews, dates, raisins)
• Choco chips – 2 tbsp
• Baking soda – ¼ tsp
• Baking powder – ¼ tsp
