1 1/2 lb Hot italian sausage 1 lb Seedless red grapes 1/2 c Balsamic vineger 3 tb Butter Parboil the hot sausage for about 10 min. Add the grapes and the balsamic vineger to an oval baking dish. Place the sausages on top of the grapes. Bake the dish at the highest oven setting for 8 min. and turn, then bake for another 8 min. After the sausage are browned, remove them, mash some of the grapes and heat them with the pan juices until boiling. Then add the butter and whisk into a sauce. Serve the sausages with the sauce and mashed potatoes.

1 baguette 2 cups red grapes 100 g ricotta | ½ cup 100 g fresh goat cheese | ½ cup 2 tbsp honey 1 sprig rosemary 1 sprig thyme 60 ml extra virgin olive oil + for the bread | ¼ cup zest of 1 lemon salt and black pepper

Sausages with red grapes and Grappa Barrique
Enjoy this delicious and simple recipe in just 25 minutes time
Ingredients:
4 pork sausages 1/2 bunch of red grapes 2 slices of garlic 1 leaf of Laurel 1/2 glass of white wine (Grechetto or Chardonnay) 1/3 glass of Grappa Barrique (Italian Grappa Terre Umbre) Salt and pepper Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1) Heat some Olive Oil in a sourpan, then add 4 sausages. Few minutes later add garlic and laurel, salt and pepper. Let the sausages cook till the crost is coming out.
2) Cut apart the red grapes in half and take out the seeds. Now it is time boost the fire up, pour 1/2 glass of wine into the pan and let the alchool evaporate (approx. 2 minutes).
3) Pour the Grappa Barrique on the sausages. You will see an high flame of fire before the alchool evaporate. After few seconds be ready to add the cutted grapes into the pan and keep turning everything for approx. 3 minutes time.
4) As soon as the sauce is creamy, turn off the fire. We are ready to serve it. Enyoj and Buon appetito!
