How To make Lemon Dilly Chicken Saute
4 ea Breasts, chicken, halves,
broiler/fryer, boned, :
skinned 1/2 c Breadcrumbs, dry
1 t Pepper, lemon
1/4 ts Dill, dried
3 tb Juice, lemon
2 tb Oil, olive
Pound the chicken pieces until they're about 1/4-inch thick.
In a shallow dish mix together bread crumbs, lemon pepper, and dill weed. Pour the lemon juice in a second dish. Add chicken, one piece at a time, first to the lemon juice, then to the crumb mixture, turning to coat on all sides. Put the oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook, turning, about 10 minutes or until chicken is brown and fork tender.

Ingredients:
1½ tbsp garlic salt
1½ tbsp dill, fresh and chopped
2 pieces of chicken breast, skin removed, butterflied, and slightly flattened
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup chicken broth
1 tsp dried dill
½ cup whipped cream
½ cup milk
3 tbsp stone ground dijon mustard

0:07 Combine the milk and mustard and mix until combined.
0:11 Combine the fresh dill & garlic salt then set aside.
0:16 Dip the chicken in the milk mixture and allow it to drain slightly.
0:25 Coat with the salt mixture on both sides and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
0:32 Heat up oil onto a skillet and sear the chicken until golden brown on both sides. Set aside the chicken.
0:41 In the same pan, combine the chicken broth and dried dill. Bring it to a boil and reduce heat to low.
0:51 Add the cream into the mixture and continue simmering until the sauce has reduced to a half.
0:59 Add the chicken into the sauce, cover, and simmer over low heat until the chicken is cooked and the sauce has reduced. Serve and enjoy!

Chicken In Sour Cream Sauce (Chicken Breast with Cream. Dill & Lemon juice, Cooked on the Stovetop)
As explained in the video this is a recipe that can be made with cut pieces of chicken (with skin and bones). However it is much easier to make it from skinless boneless chicken breast, also much easier to eat.
It is very tasty and, like most of my recipes, very mild. For the cultures that eat spicy, this would go well with green chilies or jalapeno peppers.
I used to make it with sour cream, but lately I use sweet cream (called whipping cream) and lemon juice.

Chicken in Sour Cream Sauce
INGREDIENTS:
4 chicken half breasts (skinless and boneless)see note 1
60 gr. (approx. 2 oz.) unsalted butter
235 ml. (1 cup) chicken broth and more to adjust the consistency of the sauce
235 ml. (1 cup) whipping cream (sweet cream 35% MF)
30 ml. (2 tbsp.) juice of half a lemon, approx.
15 ml. (1 measuring tbsp.) flour
10 ml. (2 tsp.) salt
235 ml. (1 cup) dill leaves
Notes:
1. Can be made from a whole chicken (with skin and bones) cut in pieces.
2. The size of the chicken piece determines the cooking time.
3. Can be made with sour cream if traditional sour cream (that doesn’t curdle when boiling) is available to you.
4. The following volume measurements have been used: 1 cup= 235 ml.; 1tsp. =5 ml.; 1 tbsp.= 15 ml.
