How To make Low Calorie French Fries
2 medium potatoes

3 sprays vegetable cooking spray
paprika :
optional salt pepper celery salt -- optional
* Use 2 unpeeled and scrubbed potatoes, baking size.
Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Slice each half into lengthwise wedges with some peel on each piece. Soak in cold water for 20 minutes. Drain and dry potatoes. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Place potatoes into plastic bag or large plastic bowl with tight fitting lid. Add oil and shake to coat the potatoes. Arrange potatoes in single layer on cooking sheet. Bake in preheated 450-degree oven for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. To season, sprinkle with salt, pepper and your choice of paprika or celery salt. Reduce salt if using celery salt. Also good sprinkled with chili powder just before end of cooking time.

Here is our tweak with a secret ingredient:
50g coconut flour (or 6 tbsp plus 2 tsp)
3 tsp xanthan gum
7.5 tbsp hot water
1/4-1/3 cup pre grated or pre shredded Parmesan cheese (if you want it extra crispy like me, use 1/3)
After testing out the recipe many times, we found that this had the best crunch texture (super crispy on the outside and soft on the inside). It tastes just like McDonald’s fries when they’re fresh!!
Also, please not that I did try both almond flour and coconut flour recipes, we just loved the coconut flour one more ❤️

The Perfect French Fries ????
Soak Idaho Potatoes 4-24 hours in a cold plunge.
Pat the dry and fry them at 325F for 4-5 minutes.
As the fries rest on a rack finish the rest of the batches.
Crank the heat to 375F and fry for another 3-4 minutes or until Golden like me!
I use peanut oil to deep Fry everything.

Hi everyone! if you're looking for a delicious low calorie snack, you've come to the right place! Try this at home :)
AIR FRYER FRENCH FRIES
- 1 medium potato (Approximately 160 calories for 200gr)
- Seasoning: Salt, black pepper, paprika (to taste)
- 1 tsp olive oil (40 calories)
FAT-FREE French Fries Recipe (EASY!)

-Potatoes
-Chili Powder | Garlic Powder | Oregano | Basil | Black Peppercorn | Salt
-opt. non-stick spray
Cut potatoes into halves, then cut thick slices from the halves, cut those slices into fries/chips. Add seasonings, mix it all up with your fingers, put on cookie sheet (opt. spray sheet first). Put them in the oven at 425 F for 45-60 minutes (depending on desired crunch) and serve with ketchup, enjoy!

My Healthy French Fries Vs. McDonald's
In todays video, I test to see how my low calorie french fries compare to the world's favorite fast food.
Ingredients:
- 2 Russet Potatoes
- Salt & Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- Paprika
Instructions:
Cut potatoes into desired fry shape.
Soak in a bowl of cold water for 10 minutes and thoroughly dry afterwards.
Preheat air fryer to 400F and season the fried fries with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and a spritz of olive oil.
Air fry for 6-8 minutes. Toss fries every few minutes to avoid burning/uneven textures. For softer fries, total cook time should be about 12 mins, while crispier fries may take up to 20. Don't forget to subscribe for more recipes!
