????Welcome to another interesting recipe from Teresa's Kitchen. In today's video I'm showing how to make perhaps the simplest and deliciously healthy mango drink. In this hot summer season a drink prepared in this way with be quite soothing and refreshing. So try making this quick mango juice and beat the heat while continuing to enjoy the gifts of nature. Let's go
????Ingredients
Mango 3 (around 300g
Sugar (1+1)Tbsp
Ginger 10g
Lemon half
Water 3cup
Salt 1pich
Ice 9 to 12 cubes
????Method
????Peel Skin of Mango
????Cut it into pieces and discard it's seed
????Cut the Ginger into fine pieces
????Add the Mango and Ginger in a mixie/blender
????Add 2Tbsp Sugar, a pinch of salt and blend them into a fine paste
????Check the Mango paste, add 3Tbsp cold water, give a few stirs with a spoon and check for its sweetness.
????Depending on the Mango's sweetness and the degree of sweetness you prefer, add sugar and blend it in the mixie for one more time.(If you wish you can add some crushed ice during the final blending)
????Drop 3 or 4 cubes of ice and serve the juice. But before serving remember to squeeze in the juice of half a lemon to add another dimension of flavour and nutrition.

Mango Mojito Recipe | Mango Lemonade | New Refreshing Summer Drink | Summer Cooler Recipe
Enjoy this summer cooler at home. Please find the recipe below:
Ingredients:-
• Mango chunks – 1 and ½ cup
• Mint leaves – half cup
• Lemon wedges / Slices – 5 to 6
• Lemon juice – 3 to 4 tbsp
• Honey / Maple syrup – 2 to 3 tbsp
• Ice cubes
• Water
• Soda water
Recipe:-
1. Make puree of mango in a mixer grinder with same amount of water.
2. In glass add lemon wedges and mint leaves and press them with the help of a muddler.
3. Add 3 to 4 tbsp lemon juice to it, mix well and keep aside.
4. In a serving glass add 3 – 4 tbsp lemon mint concentrate. Add some mango chunks to it.
5. Now some ice cubes and 5 -6 tbsp mango puree in the glass along with some honey.
6. Add some mint leaves and lemon slice and top it up with soda water.
7. Stir well and enjoy…

This super creamy and refreshing mango smoothie is the ultimate summertime smoothie, just perfect to cool you down on a hot summer day.
It is super simple to make. Just toss all your ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and your deliciously creamy mango smoothie will be ready just in a minute.
You can use fresh mangoes and banana for the recipe instead of frozen, just add a handful of ice cubes to your blender in that case. So the smoothie will still be nice and thick and cold. For the milk and yogurt, you can use both dairy or dairy-free.
No sugar or any other sweetener is used in this recipe because the sweetness from the mango and banana adds just the right amount of sweetness to the smoothie.
