1 (15oz) can chickpeas (or 1 ½ cups cooked chickpeas, 250 g)
1 cup (140 g) frozen mango (or about 1 fresh mango)
1 cup (140 g) frozen pineapple (or fresh)
1 orange
2 bananas
¼ cup (75 g) almond butter
1 ½ cup (360 ml) plant-based milk (I use soy milk)

250 g cooked chickpeas = 22.15 g protein
140 g mango = 1.15 g protein
140 g pineapple = 0.75 g protein
50 g orange = 0.47 g protein

Here's an Easy and Healthy Homemade High Protein Shake without supplements and without protein powder.
Making a high protein banana peanut butter smoothie is super simple and quick. To make this delicious and healthy dairy free smoothie all you need are chana sattu, cinnamon, jaggery, cocoa powder, ripe bananas, peanut butter and your favorite dairy / plant-based milk. You can use oats milk and almond milk too.
The peanut butter flavor goes so well with bananas and makes for a great protein packed breakfast. This smoothie is very thick and creamy and it's really hard to believe that it contains no protein powder. The peanut butter gives it plenty of protein. This goes particularly well with low calorie, high protein peanut butter. The combination of peanut butter and banana is delicious and nutritious. It is also very filling and satisfying.
Ingredients :
Banana - 1 Piece
Peanut Butter - 2 Tablespoon
Jaggery Powder - 1 Tablespoon
Dairy Milk / Almond Milk - 1 Full Cup
Chana Sattu - 30 Grams
Cocoa Powder - 1/4 Tablespoon
Recepie
1. Blend all the ingredients in a smoothie maker for 1 Minute
2. Add ice & blend it for another 30 Seconds
3. Add toppings of your choice & enjoy !!
