Nutty Maple Pecan Latte Recipe
The Starbucks maple pecan latte arrived on the scene in September 2017, bringing with it a sweet and nutty flavor that's reminiscent of a good old pecan pie. While its pumpkin-spiced cousin is a solid choice for October, the maple-flavored coffee drink gives us all of the Thanksgiving vibes.
Even though this cup of coffee is part of the international coffee franchise's fall seasonal menu, you don't have to wait until the air becomes crisp and cool and the leaves fall to enjoy this drink. You can make it at home and savor the maple syrupy sweetness and rich pecan flavor all year long!
Here's what you'll need:
Shot of espresso
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 cup of milk
1/4 cup of pecan butter
chopped pecan bits
Whipped cream
Saucepan
Now, there's nothing left to do except enjoy your delicious maple pecan latte! It's one of the most comforting drinks you can enjoy on a cold morning or afternoon, and with its rich espresso flavor, strong pecan taste, and sweet maple syrup, the caffeine and sugar-filled treat will warm you from the inside out.

☕️ MAPLE SEA SALT CREAM COLD BREW:
+ double shot of espresso (or 1 cup of strongly brewed coffee)
+ 1/2 cup of milk of choice
+ 1/8 cup of heavy cream
+ 1/2 tablespoon of maple syrup
+ 1/2 tablespoon of brown sugar
+ sprinkle of cinnamon
DIRECTIONS:
+ Brew your espresso (add a little maple syrup to the bottom of your mug for extra flavor!)
+ Combine additional ingredients & froth
+ Pour frothed milk over espresso
+ Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon
☕️ CARAMEL APPLE CIDER:
+ 1 cup of apple juice
+ 1/2 cup of sliced apples
+ 1/2 tablespoon of caramel sauce
+ 1 whole cinnamon stick
+ Squeeze of lemon juice
+ 1/4 cup of heavy cream
DIRECTIONS:
+ Combine apple juice, sliced apples, caramel sauce. cinnamon, & lemon juice to a pot and simmer for 20 minutes
+ Make whipped cream with heavy cream & additional caramel sauce
+ Let you cider cool then pour over ice & top with whipped cream

☕️ PUMPKIN CREAM COFFEE:
+ 1 cup of coffee
+ 1/4 cup of heavy cream
+1/4 cup milk of choice
+ 1 tablespoon of pumpkin
+ 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla syrup to sweeten
+ Cinnamon
DIRECTIONS:
+ Brew coffee
+ Make whipped cream by combining/frothing your pumpkin, milk, cream, dash of cinnamon, & vanilla syrup
+ Pour coffee into mug & top with whipped cream!
☕️ WHIPPIED PUMPKIN PIE BREW:
+ 1 tablespoons instant coffee
+ 1 tablespoons granulated sugar
+ 1 tablespoons boiling water
+ 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
+ 1 teaspoon pumpkin puree
+ 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin spice
+ 1 cups ice
+ 1 cup milk of choice
DIRECTIONS:
+ Combine instant coffee, sugar, boiling water, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, and vanilla extract
+ Mix with a hand mixer until light in color and soft peaks form, about 5 minutes.
+ Place ice & milk in cup of choice
+ Stir to combine the whipped coffee and milk

☕️ VANILLA CHAI:
+ 1 teaspoon of combined chai spices (ginger, cinnamon, cardamon, nutmeg, cloves)
+ 1 cup water
+ 1 bag black tea
+ ½ cup milk of choice
+ 1 teaspoon vanilla syrup
+ 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
DIRECTIONS:
+ In a small saucepan over medium high heat, whisk together chai spices, water and tea bag and bring to a boil. Once boiling, remove it from the heat and allow it to rest
+ Rinse the saucepan. Add the milk, vanilla, and maple syrup & simmer for 5 min
+ Combine tea & milk
+ Top with vanilla whipped cream & additional spices
