3 TO 4 BIG TABLESPOON SCOOPS, TASTE TO YOUR LIKING HERSEYS COCO POWDER
3 SITCKS OF LAND O LAKE BUTTER ( I USED SALTED ) YOUR PREFERENCE
1 8OZ PKG OF PHILADELPHIA CREAM CHEESE
6 EGGS
1 TSP OF VANILLA FLAVOR
1 TSP OF ALMOND EXTRACT
I ADD THE PHILADELPHIA CREAM CHEESE AND AND BUTTER MIX REALLY WELL UNTIL YOU HAVE A CREAMY TEXTURE, I THEN ADD THE SUGAR A CUP AT A TIME WHILE IT'S MIXING, ( I MIX ON HIGH START OFF SLOW AND INCREASE THE SPEED AS IT MIX TOGETHER) . I THEN ADD THE CAKE FLOUR 1 CUP AT A TIME ( ON SLOW MIX SPEED GRADUALLY INCREASING YOUR SPEED) THEN I ADD THE EGGS ONE AT A TIME ( IF MORE THAN ONE FALL IN IT'S OK) YOU JUST WANT TO MAKE SURE THAT THE EGGS ARE MIX WELL INTO THE BATTER. I THEN ADD VANILLA FLAVOR MIX WELL, ALMOND EXTRACT MIX WELL, ON HIGH. ONCE EVERYTHING IS INCORPORATED TOGETHER.
TAKE HALF OF YOUR BATTER OUT INTO ANOTHER BOWL AND YOU WILL HALF OF THE BATTER STILL IN THE MIXING BOWL. WITH A TABLESPOON ADD 3 BIG SPOON-FULL OF THE HERSEYS COCO POWDER MIX WELL, DEPENDING HOW CHOCOLATE YOU WANT IT ( I TASTE MINES AS WELL AND IF IT TASTE TO BITTER I ADD ANOTHER SPOONFUL.)
IT SHOULD LOOK LIKE A SILKY BROWN SMOOTH TEXTURE.
GET YOUR BUNDT PAN SPRAY REALLY WELL WITH YOUR PAM CAKE SPRAY AND ADD YOUR BATTER IN LAYERS YOU CAN TAKE A SPOON AND DO SWIRLS WITH THE BATTER . I DON'T TRY TO ADD EVENLY I LIKE THE MESSY LOOK FOR MARBLE . AND COOK AT 325 DEGREES FOR AN HOUR AND 15 MINUTES.
TAKE OUT THE OVER FLIP ON TO A PLATE YOUR GOOD TO GO. I LIKE MINES RIGHT OUT THE OVEN BUT YOU CAN LET COOL UNTIL YOU CAN'T TAKE THE SMELL ANY LONGER LOL.

Marble Cake
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup
-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 & ½ Cups
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
-Baking powder 2 tsp
-Makhan (Butter) 150g (room temperature)
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 Cup
-Anday (Eggs) 4
-Vanilla essence 2 tsp
-Cocoa powder 4 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) 3 tbs (room temperature)
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Baking powder ¼ tsp
-Chocolate syrup
Directions:
-In a small jug,add milk & vinegar,whisk well and let it rest for 10 minutes.Butter milk is ready!
-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt and baking powder,mix well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add butter & beat until creamy.
-Add caster sugar & beat well.
-Add eggs & beat well.
-Add prepared butter milk,vanilla essence & beat again.
-Gradually add dry ingredients & beat until well combined.
-Now divide the batter in 2 portions & reserve half of white batter for layering.
-In second portion,add cocoa powder,milk,cooking oil,baking powder & beat until well combined.
-Grease 4 x 11“ loaf pan with cooking oil,lined with butter paper,add both reserved white batter & cocoa batter alternatively with the help of a ladle and tab few times.
-Drizzle chocolate syrup and make swirls with the help of the skewer.
-Bake in preheated oven at 170 C for 40-45 minutes (on lower grill).
-Let it cool.
-Cut into desired slices & serve!

Marbré Au Chocolat, aka Chocolate Marble Cake is an iconic French store-bought dessert. It’s traditionally baked in a loaf tin in France. This cake is very moist and not sweet, it’s a perfect treat for any time of the day.
This is a simple recipe and very easy to make, it tastes like pound cake, but the taste is richer and buttery, butter gives lots of flavor. And one serving of cake can taste the flavors of vanilla and cocoa. Heartily recommend. ????

How to make French Chocolate Marble Cake
Here is the French Chocolate Marble Cake Recipe
☞ Mold size: 16x7x6cm
✎ Ingredients
unsalted butter 100g
powdered sugar 100g
egg 2, about 110g
vanilla extract 1.3g
honey 9g
All purpose flour 110g
baking powder 1.3g
cocoa powder 9g
a pinch of salt
✎ Instructions
1. Grease the cake pan with butter, then line with parchment paper.
2. Use a mesh strainer to sift powdered sugar. Then sift flour and baking powder together. Set aside.
3. Place softened butter and a pinch of salt into a large mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer on medium speed to cream the butter for 4-5 minutes, or until butter is pale yellow and fluffy. Use a rubber spatula to scrape the sides of the bowl once or twice while mixing.
4. Add half sugar and mix for 1 minute, then add the rest of sugar and vanilla extract, then mix for another 1 minute.
5. Add honey, and add egg one by one, and mix well after each egg is added. Scraping down the sides of the bowl as necessary.
6. Add the half sifted flour and baking powder, fold it in gently with spatula until the flour has disappeared. Repeat again with the remaining flour until well combined.
7. Simply pour 2/3 of the cake batter into a piping bag. Set aside.
8. Add the cacao powder into the rest of 1/3 of the batter and slowly mix it in until combined. Then pour the cacao batter into another piping bag.
9. Once the two cake batters are ready, it's time to combine them to create the marble effect. Cut off the tip and pipe the batter into the cake pan, alternating between the two colors.
10. After placing all the batters, you can use a fork, a bamboo stick or a butter knife to swirl the batters together. It's the fun part of the recipe, you can create your own marble pattern. Now the cake is marbled and ready to bake.
11. Preheat the oven to 200C, and bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 160C, bake for 22~24 minutes.
12. Once baked, remove the cake from the pan, and let cool on the rack.
