How To make Nifty Hamburgers On a Bun
8 ea Hamburger Buns; *
1 x Prepared Mustard Or Catsup
1 lb Lean Ground Beef
1/4 c Onion; Chopped, 1 small
1 t Salt
1/4 t Pepper
* Hamburger buns should be the small ones or use 6 slices of bread. ~------------------------------------------------------------------------- Heat oven to 500 degrees F. Spread cut sides of hamburgers buns or one side of each bread slice with mustard. Mix meat, onion, salt and pepper. Spread mixture over the mustard, being careful to bring it to the edges of the buns. Place meat sides up on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake until desired doneness is reached, about 5 minutes. NOTE: If you like, you can have these burgers ready and waiting in the freezer for last-minute cooking. After spreading the meat mixture over the buns, wrap each securely in heavy-duty or double thickness of regular aluminum foil and label; freeze no longer than 2 months. To serve, unwrap desired number of hamburgers and bake about 10 minutes.

Preparing a very tasty hamburger bread and sandwich (1)
Materials
To prepare the dough
2 cups warm milk
1 egg
50 g butter (soft)
Teaspoon salt
tow big spoon of sugar
yeast box
Flour as much as it can hold (about 700 Gr kdr)
On
one egg yolk
milk spoon
Sesame
for meatballs
1 kilo minced meat
Salt, black pepper, red pepper powder
To prepare the caramelized onions
2 medium onions
a tablespoon of sugar
some salt
teaspoon vinegar

Knead the dough until we get a sticky texture and leave it to ferment. Divide the fermented dough into 13 pieces and arrange it on the tray (each piece of dough was made of 80 grams) and after cooking we cover it with a damp cloth until it softens.
For meatballs, put the minced meat and spices in a bowl and knead it well. We put a rubber film on the lid of a large jar, put a piece of dough, press and shape it, cook in a frying pan without oil.
For the caramelized onions, finely chop the onions and fry them in a pan with sugar and salt until they turn caramel color, and finally add vinegar, fry a little and turn off the heat.
