The Impossible Burger really does look, sizzle, feel, and even bleed like a traditional hamburger. But it's a meatless, completely plant-based patty.
The first Impossible Burger launched in 2016.
Plant based ingredients that recreates the taste, texture and smell of a traditional burger, it sounds impossible and hence its named as impossible Burger.
While the impossible burger is made from plant based ingredients , that doesn't mean its all vegetables, It includes soy protein .
The Impossible Burger is higher in protein compared to other veggie burgers. “If your goal is protein, this might be your choice, but if you are trying to get veggies in with it, then a veggie burger might be the better option.”

*Ingredients to make Impossible Burger Recipe *
Chopped Eggplant - 12 oz
Oil - 1 tbsp
Brown Rice - 1 cup
Soy Granules - 12 oz
Quick Oats - 1/4 cup
Grated Beets - 2 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Ground Black Pepper - 1 tsp
Roasted Garlic Powder - 1 tsp
Nutritional yeast - 1 tbsp
Onion Powder - 1 tsp
Vegan Butter - 1 tbsp
Vegan Ham burger bun - 4
Lettuce - 1/4 cup
Onion -1
Tomato - 1
Vegan Mayonnaise - 1tbsp
Ketchup - 1 tbsp

You can Substitute
1) Eggplant with Mushrooms / Tofu
2) Soy granules with Tempeh / Seitan

how to make black bean burgers without eggs. These patties have all natural healthy complete protein combo (black beans & nuts) and vegetables, chipotle peppers & adobo sauce make them flavorful, chia seeds make them all stick together
how to make black bean burgers from scratch
1 can (15oz) black beans, drained and mash a little
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped marinated artichoke
1/2 cup chopped parsley
2 pieces of pickled tomato and 2 pieces of roasted garlic, minced (i made a video for this)
1/2 cup fresh or store bought bread crumbs
2 pieces of chipotle peppers (seeded and minced)
1 tbs adobo sauce
1/4 tsp salt
black pepper
2 tbs chia seeds mixed with 6 tbs water
Cook onions & mushrooms until golden brown and fragrant. Add chopped nuts & fresh bread crumbs, cook a little to dry out the bread crumbs. Add the rest of ingredients. Mix well. Let the mixture cool down. Form into balls & press into patties. Fry them in olive oil until golden brown both sides
