How To make Oatmeal Cookie Drops with Milk Chocolate and Almonds
2 Hershey's milk chocolate
-with Almonds Chocolate bars (7 oz. each) 3/4 c Butter or margarine;
-softened 1/2 c Packed light brown sugar
1/2 c Granulated sugar
3 tb Light corn syrup
2 Eggs
1 ts Vanilla extract
1/2 ts Almond extract
2 1/4 c All-purpose flour
1 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
1 1/2 c Old-fashioned oats
Or quick-cooking rolled oats 1/2 c Toasted chopped almonds*
Recipe by: www.hersheys.com Heat oven to 350F. Cut chocolate into approximately 1/2-inch pieces. In large bowl, beat butter, brown sugar
and granulated sugar until well blended. Add corn syrup, eggs, vanilla and almond extracts; beat well. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt; add to butter mixture, beating until well blended. Stir in oats, chocolate and almonds, if desired. Drop by heaping teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until edges begin to brown and cookie is set. Cool slightly. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely. About 4 dozen cookies. * To toast almonds: Heat oven to 350°F. Spread almonds in thin layer in shallow baking pan. Recipe
For the almond milk
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 tbsp maple syrup *optional
500ml water
For the cookies
180g all purpose flour
100 g almond milk pulp
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp sea salt
50g dairy free butter
50g coconut or brown sugar
100g granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla bean extract
1/2 cup dairy free chocolate chips
In a stand mixer, whisk the room temperature butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar together until no lumps remain. Whisk in the flour, baking soda, almond pulp and vanilla extract. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Preheat oven to 180c.
Using a cookie scoop to scoop the dough and place on baking sheet. Flatten the ball with your palm into a circle. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Baking cookies for 18-20 minutes until edges are very lightly browned. Add a few extra chocolate chips into the tops of the warm cookies. Let cool completely.
Granola Cookies

fry for few minutes at medium heat
60 g walnuts(2.11 oz)
roast walnuts for few minutes at medium heat
80 g pitted dates(2.82 oz)
75 g dark chocolate(2.65 oz)
refrigerate for 15 minutes

- 70 grams of butter (5 tablespoons)

- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 100 grams of cane sugar (1/2 cup)
- 1 egg
- 50 grams of almond flour (1/2 cup)
- 180 grams of cake flour (1 cup)

Additionally:
