Orange Drizzle Cake
Ingredients
Butter 100 gm
Caster sugar 150 gm
Eggs 2
Vanilla essence 5 drops
Orange juice 60 ml
Flour 225 gm
Baking powder 1 tsp
Salt a pinch
Orange zest 1 tsp
Temperature 170°c
Time 30 minutes
Method
In a bowl add butter, caster sugar and vanilla essence. Beat well until creamy. Add in eggs one by one, beat well. Add in orange juice, flour, baking powder, orange zest and salt. Fold it properly. Then add the prepared batter in the pan and bake it in an oven at 170 c for about 30 minutes.

Butterscotch Brownie Parfait
Ingredients
Chocolate Brownie 4 to 5 cut in small pieces
Whipped cream 250 gm
Cream cheese 150 gm
Butterscotch sauce 70 gm
Butterscotch crunch 100 gm (for topping & filling)
Whipped cream for toping 100 gm
Butterscotch sauce for topping
Chocolates & cookies for topping
Method
In a bowl beat the cream cheese until creamy. Add in butterscotch sauce and mix well. Add in whipped cream and mix well. In the serving glasses layer the cream cheese mixture. Then place in the chocolate brownie pieces and add the butterscotch crunch on top. Now add in the butterscotch sauce and decorate it. Lastly drizzle whipped cream and garnish with chocolates and cookies. Serve.

Lotus Speculoos Biscoff Cheesecake
Crust
Lotus Biscoff cookies 16 pieces (125 g)
Melted butter 3 tbsp (45 g)
Cheesecake filling
Cream cheese 1 cup (225 g=8 oz) (room temperature)
Lotus Biscoff cookie butter (spread) 1/2 cup (150 g)
Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp
Heavy cream 1/2 cup (120 ml) (cold temperature)
Icing sugar 4 tbsp (30 g)
Topping
Lotus Biscoff cookie butter (spread) 1/2 cup (150 g)
Lotus Biscoff cookies 3-5 pieces
*PLEASE READ*
I used 15 cm mould (6 inches)
Heavy cream can be replaced with fresh cream or whipping cream (35 % fat)
Cream cheese should be in room temperature
Heavy cream should be in cold temperature
