How To make Orange Chocolate Tea Bread
1 Stick butter, softened
3/4 c Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tb Plus 1 tsp. grated orange
-zest 2 tb Orange liqueur such as Grand
-Marnier 3/4 c Half and half
2 c All-purpose flour
1 tb Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 c Chopped walnuts
7 oz Semisweet chocolate, chopped
1 tb Water
Preheat oven to 350?F. Grease or spray a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs and beat well. Beat in orange zest and 1 tablespoon of liqueur. Pour in half-and-half and beat to combine. (Do not be concerned with curdling.)
In another bowl, stir and toss together flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to butter mixture and gently beat just to combine. Stir in nuts and 4 ounces chopped chocolate. Spoon batter into prepared pan and smooth top. Bake 1 hour, until top is golden. Cool in pan on rack. Invert onto serving platter and cool completely.
When bread is cool, combine remaining chocolate with water and remaining tablespoon of orange liqueur in heavy saucepan. Place over low heat and melt, stirring constantly. Spread evenly over top and chill cjhartlin@msn.com Source: Cookbook Digest March/April 98

MIX AND MAKE SOFT DOUGH
RUB SOME OIL
COVER AND KEEP FOR 1 HOUR
DIVIDE THE DOUGH
MAKE BALL SHAPE
8 INCH MOULD
GREASE OIL AND PLACE A BAKING PAPER
PLACE THE DOUGH BALL
COVER AND KEEP FOR 15 MIN.
BRUSH EGG YOLK
COOK FOR 25 MIN.
BAKE FOR 20 MIN.

Chocolate Orange Banana Bread | Healthy Banana Bread
A delicious and easy banana bread recipe flavoured with orange and chocolate chips. This recipe is also a bit healthier using honey instead of refined sugar and is perfect as an afternoon snack or even to add to picnics and lunch boxes.
Ingredients:
275g / 1.75 cups plain or all purpose flour (can be gluten free)
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
75g / 0.3 cup coconut oil or butter, melted
70g / 0.3 cup honey
50g / 0.25 cup plain yogurt
1 medium egg
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 orange
75g /0.5 cup chocolate chips

Orange bread: you will love this fluffy dessert!
Just pour the eggs over the orange! The result is so delicious!INGREDIENTS
400g (14oz) orange
2 eggs
7g (1 tbsp) dry yeast
60g (5 tbsp) sugar
4g (1 tsp) salt
500g (3 1/3 cups) flour
20g (1 1/3 tbsp) butter
Apricot jam
METHOD
Pour the eggs over the oranges. Add sugar and yeast and mix well. Put everything in a blender. Strain the mixture.
Add flour and salt to the mixing bowl and pour over the mixture. Knead the dough, add the butter and leave it to rise for 60 minutes.
Make balls of dough and arrange them in a baking tray. Leave to rise for another 30 min.
Put the jam in the dough balls. Bake at 180C for 30 min.
Sprinkle with iced sugar. Serve.
