For Spinach puree : पालक प्यूरी के लिए
Spinach | पालक - 10 Leaves
Mint Leaves | टकसाल के पत्ते
Coriander | धनिया
Green Chillies | हरी मिर्च - 2
Ice cube | आइस क्यूब - 2
Butter | मक्खन - 1 tbsp
Garlic | लहसुन - 1 tbsp
Red chilli Flakes | लाल मिर्च के गुच्छे - 1 tsp
Cooked Basmati Rice | पका हुआ बासमती चावल
Salt To Taste | नमक स्वादअनुसार
Pinch Black Pepper Powder | चुटकी भर काली मिर्च पाउडर
Lemon Juice | नींबू का रस - 1 tsp
For Veggies : वेजी के लिए
Oil | तेल - 1 tsp
Garlic | लहसुन - 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Flakes | लाल मिर्च के गुच्छे - 1 tsp
Boiled Corn | उबला हुआ मकई - 1/4 cup
Carrot | गाजर - 1/4 cup
Onion | प्याज - 1/4 cup
Capsicum | शिमला मिर्च - 1/4 cup
Mixed bell pepper | मिक्स बेल पेपर - 1/4 cup
Broccoli | ब्रोकोली - 1/4 cup
Salt & Pepper To Taste | नमक और काली मिर्च स्वाद के लिए
Paneer | पनीर - 1/4 cup
For Paprika Sauce : पैप्रिका सॉस के लिए
Butter | मक्खन - 2 tbsp
Refined flour | रिफाइन्ड आटा - 2 tbsp
Milk | दुध - 500 ml
Red Chilli Powder | लाल मिर्च पाउडर - 12 tbsp
Salt To Taste | नमक स्वादअनुसार
Black Pepper | काली मिर्च - 1/4 tsp
Sugar | चीनी - 1 tbsp

Veggies in Peri Peri Sauce with Herbed Brown Rice Recipe | Chef Sanjyot Keer | Your Food Lab
Written recipe for Veggies in peri peri sauce with herbed brown rice
Prep time: 30 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Serves: 6
For peri peri mix
Ingredients:
• Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
• Garlic powder 1 tsp
• Black salt 1 tsp
• Powdered sugar 1 tsp
• Cinnamon powder ½ tsp
• Dried Oregano 1 tsp
• Ginger powder 1 tsp
Method:
• Mix all the spices, it can be stored in jar keeping it in a cool, dry and hygienic place.
For veggies in peri peri sauce
Ingredients:
• Oats 4 tbsp
• Oil 1 tbsp
• Garlic 1 tbsp (chopped)
• Milk 300 ml
• Salt to taste
• Peri peri mix 3 tbsp
• Veggies:
1. Carrots ½ cup (diced)
2. Sweet corn ½ cup
3. Broccoli florets ½ cup (blanched)
4. Red bell pepper ½ cup (small diced)
5. Mushroom ½ cup (sliced)
• Paneer 150 gm (cubes)
• Parsley 1 tbsp (chopped)
Methods:
• Grind the oats in a grinder to make a fine oats powder.
• Set a deep pan or wok on medium heat, add oil, oats powder and cook it for a minute, add garlic and sauté for a minute, add milk slowly and gradually and whisk well ensuring no lumps, cook for 3-4 minutes.
• Add salt to taste, peri peri mix, stir and cook for 2-3 minutes, add veggies, stir and cook for 5-7 minutes, add paneer, stir gently and cook for 2-3 minutes.
• Add freshly chopped parsley and serve hot with herbed brown rice.
For herbed brown rice.
Ingredients:
• Olive oil 1 tbsp
• Mixed herbs 1 tbsp
• Parsley 3 tbsp (chopped)
• Cooked brown rice 2 cups
Ingredients:
• Set a pan on high heat, add oil, mixed herbs and freshly chopped parsley, sauté for few seconds and add the cooked brown rice.
• Stir & cook for 2-3 minutes and serve hot with hot veggies in peri peri sauce.

3. 600 ml milk

Veggies In Paprika Sauce | Restaurant Style Veg Curry At Home | The Foodie | Home Chef Recipe
Veggies in paprika sauce. Who doesn't want to ditch the regular dal, chawal, subzi for something a little more exotic, once in a while? We all do. So, with that in mind, here's a recipe by Home Chef Mansi Desai that is creamy, cheesy & yet made with ingredients always available in the kitchen. So, go give your everyday curry this fancy makeover & let us know how it turned out!
Ingredients required to make veggies in paprika sauce:
Oil
½ tbsp butter
Boiled carrots, yellow, green & red capsicum
¼ cup paneer
¼ cup peas
Black pepper
Salt to taste
Oil
Butter
Chopped garlic
1 tbsp cornflour
1 cup milk
1 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
1 cheese slice
Paprika powder
Chilli flakes
A pinch of sugar
How to make veggies in paprika sauce:
1) In a kadhai, heat oil & butter. Let the butter melt & then add boiled carrots, red, yellow & green capsicum. Add in paneer & green peas.
2) Add black pepper & salt to taste. Cook the veggies for a while. Keep stirring in the middle to prevent them from getting burnt. After the veggies are nicely charred, remove from flame & keep aside.
3) In another pan, add oil, butter, followed by chopped garlic. Once the garlic is slightly roasted, add cornflour, followed by milk.
4) Let the milk come to a boil. Once the sauce has thickened, lower the flame & add pepper, salt & a generous amount of paprika powder. Mix well.
5) Once everything mixed together add chilli flakes & some sugar to balance the taste.
6) Add in the veggies & mix well. The creamy veggies in paprika sauce is now ready to be served.
