Peanut Butter Cup S'mores Dip Recipe | Get the Dish
This is everything you love about a good campfire s'more turned into a melty, gooey, warm, and delicious dip. We know you won't be able to stop at one bite, especially when you find out what secret ingredient we add into ours!
S'mores Dip
Adapted from Five Heart Home
Ingredients
1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
10 large peanut butter cups
15 jumbo marshmallows, halved
Graham cracker squares
Special equipment:
8-inch cast iron skillet
Directions Adjust the oven rack to the center position of the oven. You want an even heat all around the skillet. Place the cast iron skillet on the rack and preheat the oven to 450ºF. Once the oven is hot, use a pot holder or towel to remove the hot skillet from the oven. Place oil in the skillet and using a pot holder to hold the handle, swirl the oil in an layer on the bottom of the skillet to coat evenly. Place skillet on a pot holder and pour chocolate chips in an even layer. Carefully arrange Reeses peanut butter cups in one even layer over the chocolate chips. Arrange marshmallow halves over the peanut butter cups, un-cut side up, until the skillet is covered completely. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until the marshmallows are toasted to your preference. Watch closely. Use a pot holder or oven mitt to remove the skillet from the oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve immediately with graham cracker squares or sticks, but be careful because the dip, and the skillet, will be hot.

If you like rice krispies treats AND peanut butter, then this recipe is definitely something you want to try! I used Skippy's creamy peanut butter and regular chocolate chips and melting candies for the chocolate layer. Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter
1 10oz bag mini marshmallows (about 5 cups)
1/2 cup peanut butter
6 cups rice krispy cereal
8 oz chocolate chips (about 1 1/2 cups)
2 tsp vegetable oil to thin out chocolate
9x13 inch baking dish
Directions:
Melt the butter over low-medium heat. Once the butter has mostly melted, add in the marshmallows. Once the marshmallows start to melt, add in the peanut butter. After everything is nice and melted, turn off the heat and add in the rice krispy cereal. Give everything a good mix.
Lightly spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Drop in your cereal mixture and evenly spread it out in the dish.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave for 1-2 minutes, stirring every 20 seconds or so. If the chocolate is too thick, add in 2 tsp of vegetable oil to thin it out. Pour the chocolate onto the cereal and spread it out evenly coating the top. Let the chocolate set for 2 hrs before cutting into.
Store in an air tight container at room temp.

My favorite kitchen equipment:
Makes 6-8 cups
Ingredients:
225g (8oz) Dark chocolate
5 tablespoons (70g) Coconut oil (for the chocolate mixture)
1/2 cup (125g) Natural creamy peanut butter
3 tablespoons (42g) Coconut oil (for the peanut butter mixture)
Directions:
1. Prepare 8* silicone muffin cups or paper cupcakes liners.
2. Chop the chocolate and place into a heatproof bowl, add half of the coconut oil.
3. Set the bowl over a pot with simmering water (double boiler). Melt the chocolate completely, turn the heat off, leave the bowl on the pot to keep the chocolate warm and melted.
4. In a separate bowl mix together peanut butter with the remaining coconut oil.
5. Fill each muffin cup with 1-2 tablespoons of melted chocolate and place in the freezer for 15 minutes, until set. Then, pour 1-2 teaspoons of the peanut butter mixture to each cup and place in the freezer for another 15 minutes. Then, pour another portion of melted chocolate on the top of the peanut butter layer. Place in the fridge until set.
Notes:
• In the video I used 6 muffin cups for this quantity, BUT they coming pretty big for one person, so I highly recommend to divide the filling among 8 cups. Make sure the chocolate layers are not too thick, otherwise it will be too hard to bite.
• Store the cups in the fridge, if you store them in the freezer, place in room temperature 30 minutes before serving.
• For the chocolate layers, you can use combination of dark and milk chocolate, or just milk chocolate.
