These peanut butter pancakes are super tasty and easy to make. They are rich in proteins and, together with a nice glass of orange juice or milk, are a great way to start your day!
DIRECTIONS 1. Beat the eggs and sugar together. Add the vegetable oil. 2. Gradually mix in the milk and flour. 3. Lastly, add the baking powder. Mix well. 4. Cook the pancakes in a buttered pan. 5. While cooking, place the peanut butter over the pancake and then add more batter on top. 6. Cook both sides well and serve hot.

How to make pancakes: Pancakes are always a treat for breakfast in any househols whether in Kenya or America. I wanted to pimp mine, so I took them a step further by adding cinnamon in the pancake batter and making a peanut butter sauce. All the ingredients I used are easily available in local supermarkets in Kenya.
