How To make Peanut Butter Pie (Finsand)
1 1/4 c Hot water;
1/4 c Creamy Peanut Butter;
1 oz Chocolate;
2 tb Granulated Sugar Replacemant
1 1/4 c Skim evaporated milk;
3 tb Flour;
3 tb Cornstarch;
2 Egg yolks,slightly beaten
1 ts Vanilla extract;
9 Inch pie shell, baked;
Combine water, peanut butter and baking chocolate in top of double boiler. Cook and stir over simmering water until peanut butter and chocolate are melte. Stir in sorbitoled and granulated sugar replacement. In a bowl, blend milk, flour and cornstarch together until smooth; gradually pour small amount of chocolate mixture. Cook and stir 2 minutes longer. Remove from heat; stir in vanill. Cool and stir 2 minutes longer. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Cool slightly. Pour into baked pie shell. Chill in refrigerator until sit, at least 2 hours. Food exchange per serving: 1 HIGH-FAT MEAT EXCHANGE + 1 FAT EXCHANGE + 1/2 FRUIT EXCHANGE + PIECRUST EXCHANGE

How to Make Ghana Egg Stew || Perpetual Asiamah
Egg Stew is such a staple stew in Ghana and I believe one of the reasons is that it is so simple to make! Today, I am sharing one of my egg stew recipes, made with smoked mackerel! With a few simple ingredients, your stew will be ready to be served with rice, yam, gari, etc! Enjoy!
You will need:
1/2 cup of oil
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
1 maggi cube or 1/2 a tablet
scotch bonnet pepper (to taste)
6 large eggs
2 medium onions
1-2 cloves of garlic
1/2 inch of ginger
5-6 plum tomatoes
bell peppers for garnish
smoked mackerel
salt (to taste)

2 pounds potatoes
4 to 5 boiled eggs
Celery
Onions
Bell peppers
2 T. Pickle relish
1 cup mayo
1 T. Mustard
Salt , pepper, paprika
Beans
1 pint or 15 oz.can navy beans
1/2 onion
1/2 cup bell peppers
2 slices bacon chopped
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup
Molasses
1 T. Mustard
1/2 c. Ketchup
1 t. Worcestershire
Salt
Pepper
Marinade
1/2 c. Water, 1/4 c. Soy sauce, , lemon pepper
Dry rub garlic powder, salt pepper, paprika

I grew up eating this dish and now that I've learned how to make it, you can as well. It's the perfect winter warmer or comfort food wherever you are.

What you'll need (reduced recipe so you don't have to go and buy a f***ing huge 6kg fish)
Rice:
1 Cup Koshihikari rice/Sushi Rice
1 Cup Water
Soup Base:
1 Lemon grass
50g Ginger
50g Galangal
8 Cloves garlic
2 Eschallots
2 Long red chilli
4 Long green chilli
6 Birds eye chilli
2 tsp Ground turmeric
-
3 Tomatoes
2 Kaffir lime leaves
2 Limes
-
1 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp Chicken powder
Salt to season
Fish:
1 Whole Blue eye cod
Alternatives* - Snapper, Murray cod, John Dory, Bar Cod, Turbot, Flounder
Fish Stock:
1 Litre Water
Bones from 1 whole medium fish
Fish
NOTE: If you just buy fish fillets, that's totally fine too. You can just use water or store bought stock.
Garnish:
1 Bunch Thai basil
1 Bunch Coriander
