How To make Peanut Cookies
2/3 cup shortening
1 1/3 cups packed brown sugar
2 eggs -- lightly beaten
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 2/3 cups all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups salted peanuts
In a mixing bowl, cream shortening and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy. Combine flour, baking soda and salt; gradually add to the creamed mixture. Fold in peanuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until browned and almost set (centers will be soft). Remove to a wire rack to cool. Yield 4 dozen.

1 CUP ROASTED PEANUT
BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH PASTE
POUR IN BOWL
¼ CUP FLOUR
2 TBSP POWDER SUGAR
MAKE DOUGH
GREASE OIL IN MOULD
PLACE BAKING PAPER
BRUSH OIL
MAKE ROUND SHAPE
CRUSHED PEANUT
PLACE IN A PAN
PRE HEAT 5-7 MIN.
PLACE THE MOULD
COOK FOR 20-25 MIN. LOW MEDIUM HEAT
BAKE FOR 15-18 MIN.

you'll need following ingredients to make this recipe
1/2 cup peanuts
100g butter1/2 cup
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 egg yolk
150g flour 1 + 1/4 cup
2 tbsp milk powder
Serve with Peanuts and Hot Tea
Soft and Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies
SOFT AND CHEWY PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
Ingredients:
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup (1-stick) unsalted butter (softened)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Line 2 baking pans with parchment paper or use a silicone mat.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the peanut butter, butter, sugar and brown sugar. Beat together until smooth & creamy using a stand mixer or hand mixer.
Add the egg and vanilla extract and continue to mix until well combined.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in the flour mixture to the butter and sugar mixture and mix until well combined.
Use a cookie scooper or spoon the dough into 1 inch balls.
Using a fork, press down on each ball of dough to flatten, creating a criss-cross pattern.
Bake for 8-10. Do not over bake. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes and then transfer to a wire rack.
